Student answer (Band 4.5)
Mostly people prefer work is more important thing in life rather than the other aspect of lifes and the other side the some people are more enthusiastic about their hobbies and leisure interest then their jobs.
It is always right jobs are more important than the other useless activities because job is the essential part of life. The money have value everywhere thats why you can do job to get money .If you do your job position role honestly their regards you can get money and hope so you get the promotion due to your hardly work else you get more money if you promoted. For example, I was starting my first job as an intern in the Netsol software house I perfom my task regularly and meet deadlines now am get job as a lead generation manager.
While on the other hand mostly people prefer their hobbies and leisure interest than their jobs. I appreciated we prefer our hobbies for the mind fresh from the hectic Tkroutine whereas i disagreed with those people if you prefer hobbies and leisure activities you are irresponsible person you cannot meet the targets and deadlines. The owner of the company does not give you promotion and hope so unfortunately he terminated you because you can't work properly whose assigned you.
To conclude this some people regard work as most important thing rather than other useless activities. On the other hand mostly people are enthusiastic about their leisure activities and hobbies. In my opinon the first one the mostly people where they prefer work rather than other activities and they are also participating in the other activities in their free time like playing, reading books etc

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both viewpoints regarding work and leisure, and provides a personal opinion, primarily supporting the importance of work. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the argument for work revolves largely around money and promotions, while the discussion of hobbies is brief and relies on generalizations, such as calling hobbyists irresponsible. While all parts of the prompt are touched upon, the lack of deeper extension and the presence of generalizations place this response firmly at Band 5.0 in terms of task coverage and idea development.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.5
The essay is divided into paragraphs, which helps structure the response, but overall progression and logical flow are heavily disrupted by phrasing issues and abrupt transitions. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or repetitively, such as 'While on the other hand' and 'To conclude this'. Referencing is sometimes unclear, for instance in phrases like 'whose assigned you', making it difficult to follow the logical links between sentences. The organization shows an attempt to structure a standard essay, but the lack of accurate cohesive ties results in a score of 4.5.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, frequently relying on simple words like 'job', 'money', and 'activities'. There are noticeable lexical errors and awkward word choices, such as 'mind fresh', 'hardly work' instead of 'hard work', and 'Tkroutine'. These errors and the limited range of vocabulary restrict the ability to convey precise meanings and occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Therefore, the lexical resource corresponds to a Band 4.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The text displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, and attempts at complex sentences are consistently faulty. There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the essay, including missing auxiliary verbs, incorrect word order, tense inconsistencies, and poor punctuation (e.g., 'Mostly people prefer work is more important thing', 'I perfom my task regularly and meet deadlines now am get job'). These numerous errors frequently strain the reader and distort meaning, aligning with the Band 4.0 descriptors.
