Student answer (Band 5.5)

Today, most of the people spend their mostly time in working whle other beleives that their hobbies and leisure are more significant then their jobs. From my perstective, a person only work for money and memoies are more important then money so we must need to make more memories because noone know when he die.

To begin with the business minded people who give most of their time to work they think that if we have money we are able to do all te things that we want to do besuase a person without money is nothing. the money is an identification of a person. For instance, If the person donot has money it donot have an respect even their family mambers do not respect him however, if he has enough money all the world will respect him.

On the other hand, memories are essantial part of everyones life good mamories make him stress free and relaxed and the bad memories make him emotional. every person has some people who are very dearful for him like friends, family mambers and other people he must need to seat with them and enjoy their gadering because noone know who will die tomorrow . Form my personal experience, my friend was sadenly died in an accident and he was the seating with one before his death.

In conclusion, work is no dought is very important thing but memories makes us able to donot feel regrit of anything. So, everyone should must spend their time with their families and friend and most important with their parents and wife because they are the wellwishers of that person.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You discuss both attitudes: the first body paragraph explains why some people prioritise work and money, while the next presents the value of leisure and time with loved ones. Your own view is also apparent: memories and relationships matter more than money. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The claim that money determines whether someone receives respect is broad and is not balanced with other reasons people may value work, such as purpose or security. The personal example of your friend’s death supports the importance of spending time together, but its connection to hobbies and leisure could be made clearer. Develop each side with a specific, relevant explanation and state your position more precisely in the introduction and conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two attitudes, and a conclusion. Transitions such as “To begin with” and “On the other hand” help readers follow the contrast, and the personal example is placed with the discussion of relationships. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the point about money being an “identification” of a person is not fully explained, and the example about your friend moves abruptly from the general value of memories. Some linking is mechanical, and references such as “it” and “him” can make it unclear who or what is meant. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the paragraph’s main claim.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “business minded,” “leisure,” “memories,” and “wellwishers,” and you attempt to express abstract ideas about money, respect, and relationships. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “perstpective,” “essantial,” and “dearful.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “the money is an identification of a person” and “seat with them.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms for the reasons people work and the benefits of leisure would help you explain both sides with greater clarity.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional forms such as “if we have money” and a relative clause in “people who are very dearful for him.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries frequently interrupt the message. For example, “if the person donot has money it donot have” has incorrect verb forms and unclear agreement, while “everyone should must spend” combines modal verbs incorrectly. Several sentences also run together without appropriate punctuation. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a subordinate clause, and check subject–verb agreement, articles, and modal constructions before adding more complexity.
