Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is stated that some people regard work as the most important thing in life and have little interest in anything else. Other people are more enthusiastic about their hobbies and leisure interests than their jobs. However, in mu opinion, while I believe a job is important thing in life and little interest in leisure leisure activities it is the most suitable opyion and I strongly agree with that.
Nowadays with the globalization and technological divolopment provides many job opportunities around the world. Jobs is quite important for all residents. Cause, jobs contribute to financially stability. While, other people believe hobbies and leisure time activities are more enthusiastic than their jobs. I widely believed leisure time activities are less important than their jobs. For example, jobs maintain a good living standard. Namely, in today's world a significant number of people are educated. While, they paly a crucial role in workplace and the country's development. Not only that, a good job can provide a gppd work-life balance. That is to say, these days living cost is growing significantly such as renting, medicine, education, food expenses, water bills, electricity bilis, clothing expenses, taxes and householding expenses. So, people have to pay all of these expenses by their own salary. That's why job role is most essential part in human life.
On the other hand, individuals can be take some rest in their work life. For example, they can go for a holiday vacation. In addition, workers can do leisure time activities in their holidays. Besides this, family time is most important thing for every human life. So, they should spend nice family time with their children, parents and friends. Over worl loards and long hour work shedule can be affect for our mental and physical helath. So leisure time is improtant pf everyone.
In conclusion, a job role is most important thing in life. Beacuse, it gives many beneficts all of us. At the same time, every employee shoul take rest in ther work life. Finally, I believe work-life balance is the most important thing.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear preference for work, especially in the conclusion, where you say that a job is the most important thing and that work–life balance matters. You also mention reasons for valuing work, such as financial stability and maintaining a good living standard, and acknowledge leisure through holidays and family time. However, the discussion is only partial: the view that hobbies and leisure can be more important than work is not explained in its own right, and several supporting points are brief or unclear. For example, the reference to educated people and national development does not clearly show why someone might prioritise work. Develop both attitudes with specific reasoning and examples, then state your position consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use linking expressions such as “On the other hand,” “For example” and “In conclusion.” However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from job opportunities to education, work–life balance and a list of expenses without clearly connecting each point. Some transitions are inaccurate or repetitive, including repeated uses of “While” and “So,” and the relationship between ideas is not always clear. Organise each paragraph around one main point, explain it, and use linking phrases only where they accurately show the connection.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “financial stability,” “living standard,” “work-life balance” and “mental and physical health.” These phrases help communicate the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “job role,” “householding expenses” and “over worl loards.” Repetition of “important” and “leisure time activities” also reduces precision. Aim to use accurate, natural combinations and check spelling carefully; for instance, describe work as “essential to financial security” and refer to “household expenses.” This would make your ideas clearer and more appropriate to an academic essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including “While I believe…” and “Not only that…,” but complex structures are often faulty and errors occur frequently. Examples include “Jobs is quite important,” “individuals can be take some rest,” and “long hour work shedule can be affect,” which show problems with agreement, verb forms and sentence construction. Articles and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “a job is important thing” and “Cause, jobs contribute to financially stability.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking subject–verb agreement, articles and verb patterns in each sentence.
