Student answer (Band 5.0)
The workers whether they are realted to healthcare or engineering, it is believed that they should do their jobs in the specific region from where they have aquired their practice. While on the orher hand, some individual thinks they should be given freedom to work in any location according to their will. According to my perspective, the person should have his own choice to work where he want to to do.
If a person select his specific work that he want to do he will be able to perform his duty properly. For instance, if we talk about Pakistan, there are many doctors and engineers that pass out every year and they have proper skills but due to high ratio of employment they are not able to practice in their targeted fields. So, due to this reason many nurses , doctors, scientists leave the country for the sake of good job. Many medical specialists move to foreign countries , serving there and most of them are now properly setteled in different European countries.
Just like this, if we talk about Engineers, same is the case with them. The more they move to other European settings, the more they will will be able to improve their skills and they will also experience to meet different personalities of the different areas. Such as, when various minds and abilities combine and they work together, the more chances of success would be there.
So, my opinion is that due to the travelling of professionals to diverse arrangements help to develop and groom the personality of person in proper way.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You state a clear preference for professionals to choose where they work, and the Pakistan example gives relevant support for why some leave: limited employment opportunities prevent them from practising in their fields. However, the response only partially discusses the opposing view. The idea that professionals should work where they trained is introduced in the opening but is not explained or supported in the body. Your reasons for freedom—better employment, skill development and working with diverse colleagues—are relevant, but several are asserted rather than developed with specific explanation. To strengthen the response, explain the benefits supporters see in requiring locally trained professionals to serve their country, then develop and compare both sides before restating your position clearly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a concluding statement. The Pakistan example also gives the first body paragraph a clear focus. However, progression is limited because the essay develops your preferred view without organising a full discussion of both positions. Linking phrases such as “Just like this” and “So” are repetitive or imprecise, and the conclusion largely repeats the earlier claim rather than drawing the discussion together. Some connections between ideas are unclear, particularly the move from professionals leaving for jobs to the claim that working abroad develops personality. Use topic sentences that identify each side, connect examples explicitly to the point they support, and use referencing and transitions more precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “healthcare,” “engineering,” “employment,” “medical specialists” and “diverse,” so the main topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. For example, “specific region from where they have acquired their practice” is an unnatural way to describe the country of training, while “European settings” and “diverse arrangements” are vague. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “realted,” “aquired” and “setteled.” Build a more precise set of phrases for training, employment and professional migration, and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “if a person select his specific work…” and a sentence beginning “when various minds and abilities combine.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader pause. For example, the opening is a sentence fragment (“The workers …, it is believed…”), “some individual thinks” has a subject–verb agreement error, and “where he want to to do” contains incorrect verb agreement and repetition. The final sentence also lacks a clear grammatical structure: “due to the travelling … help to develop.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, checking agreement and verb forms, and avoid combining several ideas before the basic sentence is secure.
