Student answer (Band 6.5)

Intro A section of society been that individuals can look for job in any nation of their choice while others hold the view that professional should work in their own country where they did there course. According to me people can work in another countries.

There are enough proof to show that professionals should work in the country where they did their training. First and formost, language and culture. Local experts understand native community needs and language best. Secondly, local need. Home nations face severe shortage of staff in critical health and teach department. For example, in 2017, the research shows the data about shortage of heart specialist doctors.

other people believe that indivuals are free to work in another contry where they want. moving abroad help staff learn new advanced methods. Migrant workers send billons back, boosting their home economy. In these day people want to go canada, USA, and New Zealand and they earn more money. They fulfil their famil dreams with that money. Retirement security is one of the good reason to work outside country, because of stronger foreign currencies and robust pension plans ensure bitter long-term financial stability.

According to me, everyone is free to choose were they want to work working outside your country offers better pay, career growth and new life experience.

In conclusion, if indivuals get better pay and carur growth in the own country than they should be required to work in the country they get training otherwise they are free to go and work where they want.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, including both views and a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention reasons like 'language and culture' and 'economic benefits,' these points are not fully extended with detailed explanations or robust examples. The conclusion is slightly contradictory, as it suggests a conditional requirement for professionals to stay in their home country, which slightly undermines the clarity of your stated position. To improve, ensure that each main idea is supported by a clear, logical explanation that connects back to the prompt's core question.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use some cohesive devices like 'First and foremost,' 'Secondly,' and 'In conclusion.' However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and there are instances where the logical progression is hindered by awkward phrasing or missing transitions. For example, the transition between the discussion of local needs and the shift to international work could be smoother. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. There are several instances of word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'A section of society been that' (instead of 'believe that') and 'bitter long-term financial stability' (likely meaning 'better'). You rely on relatively simple vocabulary throughout the response. To achieve a higher score, try to incorporate more precise academic terminology related to the topic, such as 'brain drain,' 'professional mobility,' or 'socio-economic development,' and pay closer attention to correct word forms and spelling.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('professional should work'), missing articles ('in 2017, the research shows'), and incorrect preposition usage ('choose were they want'). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in basic grammar and punctuation prevent the text from reaching a higher level of accuracy. Focusing on proofreading for common errors like verb tense consistency and article usage will help improve your score significantly.
