country, good health facilities , affordable health treatment, productivity enhance by engineers, growth in industry factories by the creativity and participation, individual health and economic benefit.

both can get god salaries, desires, send money to their family member will increase in currency europe euro price higher led to increase rate in the country when cut in tax , benefit, individual face health problems and machine issues

Some people argue that different professionals including doctors and engineers should be restricted by the authorities to work in their homeland, while, others believe that they should be free to work either in their country or in the foreign country. In my opinion, they should be given freedom due to negative points of restriction that it can impact on the effectiveness of the work.

On the one hand, if professionals would be restricted to work in their own country where they trained, it would be beneficial for individuals and government as well. People would be able to access healthcare services and other services by the engineers affordably due to increased number of professional. It would result in increasing the productivity and creativity in the country by providing every services to their citizens. Moreover, this would benefit the authorities when every facilities would be available in the country and people do not have to move to other countries for their health treatment. Most importantly, their money would remain in the country by maintaining a cycle from government to public. Country would grow economically as well as creatively.

On the other hand, If professionals would be given freedom to move to their desired area for providing their services, this would have many benefits for professionals and government. Firstly, when they would work at their desired place, they would be able to work confidently, attentively, and energetically instead of forcing to remain in the country. As a result, they would be able to earn enough income and their desired destination. Secondly, when they would send money back to their families living in the homeland, this would increase country's economy by deducing tax. Another positive point is that they usually transfer money in Euros which is higher currency and this automatically increase the rate of money in their homeland.

In my opinion, they should be free to work at their desired place which would help them to work productively and attentively. Personal concentration and energy from one's inner-self is more important compared with restrictions which can bound them.

In conclusion, both perspectives have their unique advantages. Former view is beneficial for one's homeland and citizens, later is more advantageous for a professional and can contribute to the country's economy also.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the economic benefits of remittances and the importance of professional autonomy. However, some arguments are slightly under-developed or repetitive. For instance, the discussion on 'economic growth' and 'creativity' in the first body paragraph could have been supported with more specific examples or deeper analysis. The position is consistent throughout, and the conclusion effectively summarizes the main points. To reach a higher band, ensure that each supporting point is fully explored with a concrete example or a more detailed explanation of the causal link.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the two viewpoints. Cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', 'Firstly', and 'In conclusion' are used to guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of remittances and the mention of 'Euros' is a bit abrupt. Overall, the progression of ideas is clear, and the essay is easy to follow.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express ideas clearly. There is an attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'professional autonomy', 'remittances', and 'economic growth'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'deducing tax' (likely meaning 'deducting' or 'tax revenue') and 'machine issues'. The range is sufficient to convey meaning, but more precise and sophisticated vocabulary would be needed for a higher band. Some phrasing is slightly repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'country' and 'money'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with verb forms and articles (e.g., 'instead of forcing to remain', 'every facilities would be available'). Some conditional sentences are attempted, but the tense usage is inconsistent (e.g., 'if professionals would be restricted... it would be'). These errors do not significantly impede communication, but they are noticeable. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of conditional tenses, as well as ensuring articles are used correctly with plural nouns.
