Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is believed by many individuals that professionals should work in the country where they have done their training. Although, many thinks specialists should have freedom to work in the country where they wish. I personally agree that individuals have rights to move in different countries to earn and grow more.
Firstly, it is not necessary for every individuals to work in same country where they have done their practice. Because it will restrict their growth and dreams. Some people have dream to work in specific country. Many countries provide a good salary, stable life and greater opportunities in work life. If immigration is restricted than the growth will be restricted of the skilled workers. Sometimes, working overseas can make them more confident and improved communication skills.
On the other hand, government invests in the educational system and in result, they expect that such experts should serve to the respected country where they have gain the experience. I believe they should give a certain time period to individuals to work in the same country and do not restrict it. After gaining knowledge and learning when they came back to home countries, they will apply this knowledge and contribute to respected country. It can be beneficial on the longer term which contributes to the both society and the individuals.
To sum up everything, although it is mandatory to service in training country, i firmly believes that professionals should be free to work wherever they want. Which promotes development and gives benefits to both the countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding government investment is mentioned but not fully explored in terms of the economic or social impact on the home country. The ideas are relevant, but the support provided is quite general. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific examples or deeper analysis of the consequences of these policies. The position is consistent throughout, but the depth of the discussion needs to be increased to fully satisfy the requirements of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Firstly', 'On the other hand', and 'To sum up', which help the reader follow the progression of ideas. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by grammatical errors. For example, the sentence 'Although, many thinks specialists...' is poorly connected to the previous thought. Improving the variety of cohesive devices and ensuring they are used with greater precision would enhance the overall coherence of the essay.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task, allowing the message to be conveyed clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'skilled workers', 'immigration', and 'educational system'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are some inaccuracies in word choice, such as 'service in training country' instead of 'serve in the country of training'. There is also a lack of less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions that would demonstrate a more sophisticated command of the language. Expanding your vocabulary to include more precise academic collocations would improve this score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('many thinks', 'i firmly believes'), incorrect article usage ('in the respected country'), and awkward phrasing ('if immigration is restricted than the growth will be restricted'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your main points, they indicate a lack of control over complex structures. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles would significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
