Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is often argued that many individuals think that professional like medical practitioners and engineers should build their career in the own country where they had completed their training, but opponents believe that professionals must have their own choice. In my opinion, everyone have the right to establish their career as per their choice, there must have no compulsion about professional growth.
To begin with, there are many reasons that professionals should work in the country where they did their training. First and foremost, doctors and engineers have responsibility to take part in their own economy so that country's economy could growth. Training plays an important role in everyone's professional life. After taking training professionals can perform their duties effectively and they know about techniques what they have learn. For instance, medical practitioners and engineers can make their own career in the country where they have already completed their training which will help to contribute in economy.
On the other side, professionals must be free to work in any country because everyone want to build their career by their choice. Sometimes, professionals seek better opportunities in other country like career growth, atmosphere as well as family settlement. For example, if someone don't get job in their home country, they move to another country.
In conclusion, although doctors and engineers must have their own choice to select country where they want to develop their growth in career, they must be responsible to fulfill their duties in their own country to build the economy of their own country.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding the economy is repetitive and lacks specific, well-explained examples. The conclusion attempts to balance the two views but introduces a new, slightly contradictory point about professionals being 'responsible to fulfill their duties' in their home country, which was not fully explored in the body paragraphs. To improve, ensure that each main point is supported by a distinct, well-developed example or explanation rather than repeating the same general concepts.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'First and foremost', and 'On the other side' are used to guide the reader. However, the flow within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and the connection between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the discussion of training and the economic contribution is a bit abrupt. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the overall progression of ideas could be more sophisticated to achieve a higher band.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. There is frequent repetition of basic terms like 'country', 'career', and 'training'. While the meaning is always clear, the range is limited, and there are some awkward collocations, such as 'build their career in the own country' (should be 'their own country') and 'economy could growth' (should be 'could grow'). To reach a higher band, you should incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary and synonyms to avoid repetition and demonstrate a more flexible command of the language.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('everyone have the right', 'someone don't get job') and incorrect word forms ('economy could growth'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are minor errors in article usage and sentence construction. To improve, focus on mastering subject-verb agreement and ensuring that verb forms are used correctly in complex sentences. Increasing the variety of complex structures while maintaining accuracy will help improve this score.
