Some people believe that professionals , such as doctors and engineers should be required to work in the same country where they have completed their training while others believe they should be able to work in another country if they wish to work their. This essay will present both prespective of both views and discuss about it.
Firstly, the reasons behind why some believing that people believe that professionals should work in the same country they have completed work their training is due to the fact that different countries have different levels of technology ranging from worst to best which causes the st effects the skillset of the professionals who may be limited to their countries technology furthermore, the education system and also plays an important role as some countries may have mediocre lower levels of the strength in education as compared to other countries which may have much stronger education system which can dominate other countries education system.
Secondly, the reasons for others who believe that professionals should have the freedom to work in another country have some driving factors one of them is the fact that the professionals wont be limited to their countries limited range of education and technology this will allow the professionals
to have a broader scope in terms of getting further education and knowledge which will in turn help them to refine their skill set, in addition to that professionals will be able to gain more experience in their field of work which enhances their skillset to be as refined as possible allowing them to be more prepared and confident in what they do.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The essay addresses both sides of the prompt and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. The arguments regarding technology and education are repetitive and lack specific examples or depth. For instance, the explanation of why countries have different technology levels is vague and does not fully explore the implications for the professionals themselves. The conclusion is also quite brief and does not summarize the main points effectively. To reach a higher band, you should provide more concrete examples, such as mentioning specific fields or the impact of global mobility on developing nations, and ensure each paragraph has a more robust, fully developed argument.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive. Phrases like 'Firstly' and 'Secondly' are used, but the internal flow within paragraphs is hindered by long, run-on sentences and a lack of varied linking words. For example, the second paragraph is essentially one long, complex sentence that becomes difficult to follow. Additionally, referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the phrase 'this will allow the professionals' which ends abruptly without completing the thought. Improving the use of transition signals and ensuring each sentence is clearly connected to the next would improve the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on basic terms like 'good', 'bad', or 'different' and repeat words like 'professionals', 'countries', and 'skillset' frequently. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'mediocre lower levels of the strength in education'. To improve, you should aim to use more sophisticated vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'brain drain', 'professional development', 'globalized workforce', or 'academic standards'. Expanding your range of synonyms and focusing on more natural word combinations will help you achieve a higher score in this criterion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Punctuation is a significant issue; many sentences lack proper commas or end with run-on structures, such as the second paragraph which is almost entirely devoid of correct sentence boundaries. There are also errors in subject-verb agreement and word order, for example, 'reasons behind why some believing that people believe'. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar and sentence construction prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence boundaries and proofreading for basic agreement errors is essential.
