Student answer (Band 5.0)

Introduction:

Many people say that many profession, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.

I agree with the first statements that we should find a good job and work in our country where we did their training.

Body paragraph :

Doctors ,engineers are such a good profession peoples say that they should work in our own country where they work, where they do there traning and spend a time with friends. I also agree with this statements that we should work with over own country. we should work for the development of a country.

If we work in our own country we cannot facing a problems of difficulties like difficulties of food, difficulties of living, difficulties of friends and also difficulties of work.

Other believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.

“This idea may be beneficial for people who are not satisfied with their home country. They may prefer to travel or work abroad. Moreover, if a person wants to become financially stable, they may choose to move to a foreign country where better job opportunities are available.”

That is a reason that people says that we move to abroad and set there because job opportunities are many, people become stable very easily.

Conclusion:

According to my opinion if a person had a good experience and have a good job so they do not move to abroad he work in the country where they did their training.on the other hand a person who can not find a good job i prefer to move to abroad and set there.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, meeting the basic requirements of the task. However, the development of ideas is limited. The arguments regarding why professionals should stay in their home country are repetitive, focusing mainly on 'difficulties' without specific examples or deeper analysis. The conclusion is somewhat contradictory, as it suggests a conditional approach that was not fully explored in the body paragraphs. To improve, you should aim to provide more specific, well-supported reasons for each viewpoint, such as the economic impact on developing nations versus individual career growth, rather than repeating general statements.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is often disrupted by awkward phrasing and a lack of effective cohesive devices. While there are some attempts to link ideas, such as 'Moreover' and 'On the other hand', the transitions between sentences are often mechanical or unclear. The referencing is sometimes confusing, particularly with the use of pronouns like 'they' and 'their', which do not always clearly refer back to the intended nouns. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would significantly enhance the overall structure.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is quite basic and repetitive. Phrases such as 'good job', 'good experience', and 'difficulties of' are used frequently, which limits the precision of your argument. There are also several errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'profession peoples' instead of 'professionals' and 'set there' instead of 'settle there'. To reach a higher band, you should work on using a wider range of topic-specific vocabulary related to migration, professional development, and economic factors, and ensure that words are used in their correct grammatical context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people says'), incorrect verb tenses, and missing articles. Sentence structures are predominantly simple, and attempts at complex sentences often contain errors in punctuation or clause construction, such as in the sentence 'According to my opinion if a person had a good experience and have a good job so they do not move to abroad he work in the country...'. Focusing on basic sentence accuracy and mastering the use of articles and prepositions will help improve your score.
