Student answer (Band 6.0)
As of increasing competetion it is getting harder to become a Professional. This requires a lot of qualification and training. Several individuals believe that professionals like doctor, engineers should work in the same country where they were given training. While others believe that should be given a free hand to work at the place where they wants to work.
In my opinion, individuals should be free to choose their work place either they wish to work in other country or in their own country, it should be up to them. From the view of people who are in the favour of this, For instance- a medical student clears his exam for the university and later on he became a very well known doctor. Later on he wants to move abroad for better opportunities.
Despite this some individuals still believe that these professionals should serve for their own nation. This may help a country to grow effectively and efficiently with more number of engineers and doctors in their countries. This can also increase the GDP of a country. The ways of providing training given to the people to convert them into professional is a very important factor for the mindset of thise people. The returns which they gets from his country depends whether they will stay in their country or migrate to other country.
In conclusion, every individual should be free to choose whatever they want. They should also give importance to their own nation as they became professional with the help of resources from their country.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. For example, the argument regarding the benefits of staying in one's home country is mentioned but lacks depth, relying on general statements about GDP and 'efficiency' without specific explanation. The example provided about the medical student is somewhat underdeveloped and does not fully illustrate the broader economic or social implications of brain drain. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed reasoning and concrete examples that connect the training process to the global labor market.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally awkward. For instance, the transition 'Despite this some individuals still believe' is functional but basic. There are also instances where referencing is unclear, such as the phrase 'the mindset of thise people' which lacks a clear antecedent. While the overall structure is coherent, the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, unified focus.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. There are several spelling errors, such as 'competetion' and 'thise', which are distracting. The range of vocabulary is somewhat limited, often repeating basic terms like 'country', 'work', and 'professional'. While you attempt to use some topic-specific language, the phrasing is often simplistic. To improve, focus on using more precise collocations and academic vocabulary to express complex ideas, and ensure you proofread carefully to eliminate basic spelling mistakes.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. For example, 'the way of providing training given to the people to convert them into professional' is grammatically clunky and unclear. There are also errors in subject-verb agreement, such as 'the returns which they gets' and 'where they wants to work'. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on consistent verb tense and subject-verb agreement will significantly improve your accuracy.
