Student answer (Band 5.5)
In todays modern world, doctors and engineers are free to work anywhere where they feel valuable and significant for their profession. While some believe that they should perform their duty at same place from where they get trained others argued that they have choice to work in better country. This essay will discuss both view before presenting my own view.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why working on their own country is beneficial. Firstly, government invests too much on their professionals so that after their course they serve their citizen for their well being. For example, doctors are much needed in every country they serve for humanity if they did not practice then who to cure the individuals. Secondly, every country has limited professionals individuals which makes their country progress and prosperity therefore, the senior skilled workers are role models for their juniors they follow what they see,
on the other hand, as skilled workers have opportunity to move abroad that is crucial for their advanced knowledge and their skills. One major concern is that, they practice under evidence based study which ultimately on their return to hometown significant for their nation and individuals. For instance, healthcare workers practice in different country realize the gap of their country practice.
In my opinion, although serving their own country have advantages, I beleive that, their overall impact on practice in other country for advanced skills and practice is positive. they help to provide latest treatment and technology equipments.
In conclusion, working away from country can have both positive and neagtive effects. Although, it may encourage to work in the place where they were satisfied for their work experience.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The essay addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding government investment is relevant, but the explanation of why professionals should stay is slightly repetitive. The second body paragraph attempts to explain the benefits of working abroad, but the reasoning is underdeveloped and lacks clarity in its expression. While the prompt is addressed, the ideas would benefit from more specific examples or deeper analysis to reach a higher band. The conclusion is also quite brief and does not fully synthesize the points discussed in the body paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the transition 'on the other hand' is used with a lowercase 'o' at the start of a paragraph, and the logical flow between sentences is sometimes disjointed. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'they help to provide latest treatment and technology equipments', where the antecedent for 'they' is ambiguous. While there is an overall progression, the lack of sophisticated linking words and occasional awkward phrasing impacts the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'perform their duty at same place from where they get trained' and 'technology equipments' (equipment is an uncountable noun). Some phrasing is repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'practice' and 'country'. While the meaning is generally clear, the range of vocabulary is limited, and there is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions that would demonstrate a more sophisticated command of the language.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. Common issues include missing articles (e.g., 'in their own country'), subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., 'serving their own country have advantages'), and punctuation mistakes (e.g., comma splices and run-on sentences). The sentence 'For example, doctors are much needed in every country they serve for humanity if they did not practice then who to cure the individuals' is grammatically fragmented and confusing. These errors are persistent throughout the text, preventing a higher score.
