Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some resident believe that professional like doctors and engineers should be compulse to work in the region where they did their training and others believe they should be free with autonomy. Claiming of both sides are important from their perspectives. Now i will discuss both claims and at the end i will share my own viewpoint,
In one hand, some citizen trust that proffesionals should serve their service to there area where they did their study or practice. Probaly they claim it beacuse of the biased by some article or due to racism. But there are also some advantages of working in a region where they become skiled, such as, the know about the peoples or the culture, as well as its their comfort zone. If skilled person working in his practicing nation they can give their best.
On the other hand, others residents cosider honest that specialist like doctors and enginners should have right to works as they wish. In todays world peoples are becoming greats by leaving their comfort zone. If professionals have freedom about how or where they will work, it can helps them to perfom better in their workplace. But they has to follow the proper rules and should learn about the culture or country they are moving for work.
Both claims are strong from different perspectives. From my points of view, everyone should have right to work as they want and if they are highly skilled or genius they must have oppurtunity to work in differrent nation. The main point is specialists have to learn more about working in different region before they start providing service there.
To conclude, this two believes are right from contrasting view. This both opinions have advantage an disadvantage. But if professionals become more confident and skilled to working in cuture then there is no problem, but of they are anxious about it it can become dagerious for the clients who is taking services.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. For example, the argument regarding professionals working in their home country is vague, mentioning 'racism' or 'biased articles' without clear logical connection to the topic. The points about 'comfort zones' are repetitive. While the task is addressed, the supporting arguments lack depth and specific examples, which prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. The position is consistent, but the explanation of why professionals should be free to work elsewhere is somewhat superficial.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'In one hand' (should be 'On the one hand') and 'Claiming of both sides' are awkward. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the conclusion where 'this two believes' is used incorrectly. While there is an overall progression, the lack of sophisticated linking words and the frequent errors in cohesion limit the score.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are frequent spelling errors such as 'proffesionals', 'skiled', 'oppurtunity', and 'dagerious'. The student relies on basic vocabulary and struggles with word formation, such as using 'compulse' instead of 'compelled' or 'compulsory'. There is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic language. While the meaning is generally clear, the range is insufficient to demonstrate the flexibility required for higher bands. The repetition of words like 'work' and 'professionals' further highlights the limited range.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('others residents cosider', 'they has to follow'), article usage, and sentence structure. Complex sentences are attempted but often contain errors, such as 'if they are highly skilled or genius they must have oppurtunity'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with comma splices and missing articles throughout. The range of structures is limited, and the persistent errors in basic grammar prevent the response from achieving a higher score.
