Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is a contentious issue that whether Professionals, such as doctors amd engineers, should be mandated to work in the country where they completed their education and training, or whether they should be granted the freedom to work in another country if they desire. Both perspectives have there valid arguments.
People of the country agrue that, there country have provided for them used there resources and has a key role in building there professional life and status that thay own now, they should now be providing to there country, addressing the needs of ghere country. They are seen as a way to address the skill shortage in the country, neither the less they have a solid reason to server in the country where they have completed there training.
On the other side, people emphasise on the professional freedom and professionals to choose where they want to work, when can help in the overall growth of the professional, international exposure of knowledge and experience can eventually benefit the professional in the long run, where servings in the same country can limit his or her growth.
in my opinion, a balanced approach should be maintained. Where the locals have a valid reason insuring the return of investment that the country has made in providing facilities in there training, but a complete restriction may end up in limiting professional growth and international exposure. Implimenting a fixed period of time which the professional has to work in the country where they have completed there training, and after that specific period of time they are free to there choices, where they want to continue servicing for the country and they want to go out and work in another country, which will definitely boost there personal growth as well as gain international experience.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The student addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views (requiring professionals to stay versus giving them the freedom to work abroad) and clearly presents a personal opinion proposing a balanced compromise. The ideas are generally relevant and extended, such as discussing resource investment by the home country versus the personal growth and international exposure gained abroad. However, there is a tendency to over-generalize and some arguments become slightly repetitive, which prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Overall, the task is adequately fulfilled with a clear, sustained position throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is divided into four paragraphs, following a logical overall structure of introduction, two body paragraphs representing opposing views, and a conclusion. However, coherence is hindered by frequent mechanical and faulty cohesive devices, run-on sentences, and poor referencing (e.g., repeating 'there' instead of 'their'). Paragraphing is present, but internal cohesion is sometimes weak, with sentences linked loosely by commas rather than appropriate conjunctions or transitional phrases. The progression of ideas is discernible, but referencing errors and punctuation issues occasionally disrupt the smooth flow of reading.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student attempts a range of vocabulary appropriate to the academic topic, including terms like 'contentious issue', 'mandated', 'professional freedom', and 'international exposure'. However, there are numerous spelling errors and confusing word choices throughout the text, most notably the consistent confusion between 'there' and 'their', as well as misspellings like 'agrue', 'ghere', 'never the less', 'server', 'insuring' (for ensuring), and 'Implimenting'. These lexical inaccuracies and spelling slips restrict the vocabulary score, although the language remains minimally adequate to convey the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some capability to construct longer, multi-clause sentences. However, grammatical accuracy is weak, characterized by run-on sentences, comma splices, and frequent structural errors (e.g., 'It is a contentious issue that whether Professionals...'). Errors in verb forms, prepositions, and sentence boundaries are frequent and require the reader to occasionally re-read sections to grasp the full meaning. While communication is not entirely impeded, the high frequency of grammatical and punctuation errors prevents the essay from achieving a Band 6.0.
