Student answer (Band 5.5)
These days some people seem to argue that highly professionals such as, medical doctors and engineers should consider to serve their own nation where they completed their education. On the other hand, some seem to claim that they should have freedom to seek employment internationally and live there. However, I will discuss both these views and give my opinion about whether what are benefits to priorities their own country or prefer to do working abroad.
In the first place, it would be quite interesting to note that it is important that high skill professionals must have to engage in the country work force so they could inspire the upcoming young generation who are pursuing their education. Moreover, they can contribute to enhance their departments such as healthcare and engineering sectors where the upgradation needed. One illustration for this is that so they could be able to serve better to the nation. As well as they can take part to improve the country economy.
To put this issue into second perspective the most important point which is worth considering is that while working abroad provide several advantages to those high skilled workers. One of them is they may gain international exposure working with high qualified doctors because they possess the deep knowledge and research on their profession. Furthermore, they might get a high paid job which improve their living standard and give them financial stability in the long term.
In conclusion, I am convinced to say that it is indeed a debatable issue which need further analysis and discussion. However, in the light of above-discussed arguments and example. I am quite safe to conclude that the advantages of working in their own country overweigh its disadvantages and far outweigh in many aspects.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that professionals should work in their home country and that they should be free to work abroad—and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. Ideas are presented, such as inspiring the younger generation, contributing to local sectors like healthcare, and gaining international exposure for higher pay. However, these ideas are somewhat repetitive and lack full development with specific, concrete examples. For instance, the statement 'One illustration for this is that so they could be able to serve better' is vague and undeveloped. This places the response comfortably in Band 6, where all parts are addressed with relevant ideas, but some remain under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is divided into logical paragraphs with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs representing opposing views, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'In the first place', 'Moreover', and 'To put this issue into second perspective', providing an overall structural framework. However, some referencing is confusing and mechanical, such as 'To put this issue into second perspective', and transitions can feel awkward. Paragraphing is present and generally appropriate, but the progression within paragraphs occasionally feels repetitive rather than advancing logically. This performance aligns with Band 6, which features a coherent overall arrangement with some faulty or mechanical cohesion.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to communicate general ideas about employment and migration. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'upgradation', 'financial stability', and 'international exposure', but there are noticeable word choice and collocation errors, such as 'highly professionals' instead of 'high-level professionals' or 'professionals', 'priorities their own country' instead of 'prioritize', and 'overweigh its disadvantages and far outweigh'. Spelling is mostly accurate, but the lexical inaccuracies and repetitive phrasing restrict the score to Band 5.0, where vocabulary is minimally adequate with errors that occasionally cause hesitation for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some variety. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that impede fluency. Examples include 'highly professionals such as, medical doctors and engineers should consider to serve', 'where the upgradation needed', 'while working abroad provide several advantages', and 'issue which need further analysis'. Additionally, punctuation errors occur, such as unnecessary commas and fragments like 'As well as they can take part'. Due to the frequency of errors in complex structures and basic subject-verb agreement, the grammar performance sits securely at Band 5.0.
