Student answer (Band 6.5)
In this contemporary world, people often face dichotomy between staying in the country where they got their education and leaving the country for better future. Many believe that individual should be required to serve their nation after completing their trainings, whilst others contend that they should have freedom to relocate for their career growth. Although both of these perspectives have their own merits, I personal believe that any professionals should have right relocate for their career development.
On the one hand, proponents claim that myriad highly qualified workers should serve the country, which equiped them with their trainings. This will ensure that bellwether of brain drain declines and it will foster economical growth of that country. For instance, qualified doctors that completed their education from developing country namely Nepal should serve the nation first so that, it burgeons the GDP of the country. This clearly demonstrates that highly skilled workers should be encouraged to work for their nation first. However, I remain firmly convinced that this myopic solution.
On the other hand, critics are divisive about the idea that individuals are deterred from making their own career choices. This is mainly because myriad of people after successful completing trainings, they are willing to work for their dream jobs in a global platform. For example, every year Nasa hires highly qualified individuals to work for them, this provides them with global opportunities. However, if they were restricted to work there, this would venal their brain and deprives them from their rights. Therefore, it is evident that professionals should be allowed to follow their own passion and dreams.
To conclude, it is true that to maintain bastion of equal development people should serve the nation that equiped them with the knowledge. However, I remain firmly convinced that this is myopic solution and deprives professional individuals with their rights.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that professionals should work where they trained and that they should have the freedom to relocate—and provides a clear position throughout. The student introduces their stance in the introduction ("I personal believe that any professionals should have right relocate") and maintains it. Ideas are extended and supported, such as the example of doctors from Nepal or NASA hiring global talent. However, some arguments tend to over-generalise slightly or become a bit unclear in expression, particularly in the conclusion where sentences are grammatically incomplete. Overall, the task is well addressed, earning a solid Band 7.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is clearly organised with a logical overall progression. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the introduction, two body paragraphs representing different views, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices such as "On the one hand", "On the other hand", and "To conclude" are employed to structure the response. However, there are some minor mechanical or faulty uses of cohesion, for instance, repetitive phrasing and slightly awkward transitions like "this myopic solution" used abruptly without a verb in the first body paragraph. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as pronoun ambiguity. This places the essay comfortably at Band 6.5.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The writer attempts a wide and ambitious range of vocabulary, including less common items such as "dichotomy", "myriad", "bellwether of brain drain", "burgeons", and "myopic". However, there are notable inaccuracies in word choice, collocation, and word forms. Examples include "individual should be" (missing plural/article), "equiped" (spelling and form error), "economical growth" instead of "economic growth", and "venal their brain" (incorrect collocation/meaning). Despite these slips, the vocabulary is adequate to convey meaning and does not severely impede communication, leading to a Band 6.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The student demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting relative clauses and conditional structures (e.g., "However, if they were restricted to work there, this would venal their brain"). However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including missing articles ("face dichotomy", "have right relocate"), incorrect verb forms ("after successful completing trainings"), and punctuation slips. Several sentences contain structural fragments or awkward phrasing (e.g., "this myopic solution"). Because the errors are noticeable and occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, this merits a Band 5.5.
