Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is debated by many people about the topic where some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training whereas some believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. In my opinion, we should be free to work where we wanted.
Its visival why some wanted doctors and engineers to work in their own country ,its because they wanted a better service and opportunities to belong in our own country. Its not bad to work in our own country where we trained but staying after being forced is quite unacceptable. Some might stay to work and help their own country but staying because of some judgemental peoples isnot acceptable for anyone.
In my opinion, its our own choice because if you see closely the income and value of doctor and engineer is not that much seen in our country. If government is ready to fulfill our choices then we can consider staying and working here but if we are not being financially independed and treated with respect then its better to work in another country as we wish. if government reach the arguments doctors and engineers want then they will stay willingly.
In conclusion, it depends on their own choice ,whether they want to work in their own country or in another country because people stays seeing the opportunies and profit that might be helpful and useful for them or not.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both views on whether professionals should be required to work in their training country and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited and somewhat repetitive, relying heavily on general statements regarding income, government support, and personal choice rather than extending arguments with specific examples or deep analysis. For instance, the discussion on financial independence and societal judgment is introduced but not fully explored. While the position is clear throughout, the overall development aligns best with a Band 5 or Band 6 descriptor due to the lack of fully elaborated supporting arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay displays some basic organization, separating the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression, and the logical links between sentences can be weak. Cohesive devices are either repetitive or inadequate, with frequent reliance on basic conjunctions and referencing that is sometimes unclear, such as the ambiguous pronoun use in 'Its visival why some wanted...'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal paragraph cohesion suffers from abrupt shifts in ideas, such as moving suddenly from societal judgment to financial considerations within the same paragraph. Overall, the structural control reflects Band 5 characteristics.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is relatively basic and repetitive, frequently reusing terms like 'country', 'work', 'choice', and 'doctors and engineers'. There are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, such as 'visival' instead of 'obvious', 'independed' instead of 'independent', 'isnot', and 'opportunies'. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey the basic message, the frequent lexical errors and lack of a wider range of less common lexical items restrict the score to Band 5.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but grammatical control is weak. There are frequent errors in punctuation, subject-verb agreement, and article usage, such as 'It is debated by many people about the topic where...', 'the income and value of doctor and engineer is not that much seen', and 'if government reach the arguments'. Punctuation is particularly problematic, with missing apostrophes ('isnot') and run-on structures. These persistent errors frequently cause difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from achieving a Band 6.
