Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some group of people argue that occupations like doctors and engineers should pursue their career in the same country where they were graduated and trained. Meanwhile other says, it is their choice weather to stay and serve in the same country or to explore overseas. In my opinion it completly depends on their personal choice and requirements whereas both provides exposure in their own ways.
On the one hand, continue to work in the country which helped to complete the course is benificial in many ways there will be no extra registrations or exams which are the requirements to enter different country for work.
For instance, Australia has set up their own board for skilled professionals under different occupations which makes the entry and work difficult in Australia. Whereas it will be fewew or no paper work in the same country where someone graduated from. It is less risk and doesnt require any adaptabilty issues, one can immideatly start their job.
On the other hand, moving overseas for job will give exposure to different culture, food, places, langauges also helps to become wise and non-judgemental which is very good to adapt from their own experince.Confidence is also other factor which comes after clearing plenty of exams related to their occupation, language and entry test. Shortage of skilled empolyess(doctors, engineers) is the another good reason to explore the oppurtinities outside. One of my cousins after completing her medicine in India had to give exams and registered under Europe board as a Doctor, at present she is popular and earning 5x more than what she could earn here. She always believed little efforts, coming out of comfortzone will reward undoubtedly.
In conclusion, it is individual's choice to decide but both has their pros and cons with all the better understanding and sacrifices will always help people to successed in life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The student addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that professionals should work where they trained and that they should be free to work elsewhere—while also providing a clear personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. Main ideas are presented, such as the avoidance of difficult re-licensing exams when staying home versus the broader cultural and financial exposure gained by moving overseas. However, these ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed, relying on brief examples like the mention of Australia's registration process or the personal anecdote of a cousin in Europe. The response meets the criteria for Band 6 because it addresses all parts of the prompt with relevant, albeit somewhat basic and briefly supported, ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The essay has a coherent overall arrangement and follows a standard four-paragraph structure with an introduction, two body paragraphs representing opposing views, and a conclusion. Logical organisation is visible through transition markers such as 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand'. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical. For instance, sentences within the body paragraphs are occasionally strung together with comma splices rather than proper punctuation or conjunctions (e.g., 'Meanwhile other says, it is their choice weather to stay...'). Paragraphing is present and appropriate, but the flow between individual sentences occasionally stumbles due to mechanical linking and minor referencing issues.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully communicating ideas about careers, training, and overseas migration. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary and phrases, such as 'skilled professionals', 'adaptability issues', and 'non-judgemental'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, including 'completly', 'weather' instead of 'whether', 'benificial', 'fewew', 'immideatly', 'langauges', 'empolyess', 'oppurtinities', and 'successed'. While these errors do not severely impede communication, their frequency prevents the score from reaching a higher band, placing the response firmly in the Band 5 to 6 range.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating relative clauses and conditional structures. However, grammatical accuracy is weak, with frequent errors in punctuation, subject-verb agreement, and word forms. Examples include 'Some group of people argue' (subject-verb agreement), missing articles before nouns (e.g., 'gives exposure to different culture'), and run-on sentences with incorrect punctuation (e.g., 'Confidence is also other factor which comes after clearing plenty of exams related to their occupation, language and entry test.'). While some complex structures are attempted, they are often faulty. The abundance of basic structural and punctuation errors places this criterion at a Band 5.0.
