Student answer (Band 5.5)
Now a days, we can see an incline towards students and professionals, choosing to work as well as study in foreign countries. This is also the case when it comes to doctors and engineers, although some would argue, I am of the perspective that they should be allowed to work wherever they wish to, if they have an official degree and completed their training.
Doctors and engineers are choosing to work outside lately and it is because it could provide them with a better financial stability, a greater work-life balance, more respect as well as several other growth
opportinities, this may not be the case in comparison to where they have done their training from. The number of cases of abuse as well as harrasment against doctors is quite threating, so for some, safety at work is also one of the crucial aspects one considers before making such a decision of working abroad.
On the other hand, others believe that your training plays a crucial role due to which if you decide to change countries, it can be very difficult to adapt to the needs and wants of the population of the other nation. Doctors will have to communicate and adapt to the language of the country they are moving to, learn how healthcare system of that country differs from their own, similarly engineers will have to understand what they are expected to design and how it contrasts with what they have learned in training. In comparison these points are extremely valid, although in my opinion a short training period, before starting to work in an another country permanently, can resolve these issues without snatching opportunities from the well deserved candidates in the future.
Some professionals don't have sustainable jobs where there is growth in their home town or earlier institutions where they were trained from, for those sector of people, it is crucial to leave and provide at other jobs, to the best of their abilities for the betterment of human beings globally, which is only possible if they are provided with the chance of leaving and choosing to work in any other country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that professionals should work where they trained and that they should be free to move—while also clearly stating your own position. You present relevant ideas, such as financial stability, work-life balance, and workplace safety for the migrating professionals, as well as the adaptation and language barriers mentioned by the opposing view. However, some ideas lack deep extension and support; for instance, the point about safety and harassment is introduced but not fully elaborated with specific examples. Additionally, there are minor generalizations. Overall, the task is addressed adequately, fitting the criteria for a solid Band 6.5 or Band 7.0 response.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a clear logical progression throughout the essay, with an introduction, well-defined body paragraphs discussing alternate views, and a concluding stance. Paragraphing is used adequately to separate ideas, such as the advantages of moving abroad in paragraph two and the counterarguments in paragraph three. Cohesive devices are employed, but some transitions feel a bit mechanical or heavy, such as 'On the other hand, others believe that...' and 'In comparison these points are extremely valid'. Furthermore, some referencing and sentence linkages are slightly clumsy, such as 'for those sector of people', which slightly disrupts the flow. Cohesion is generally clear but shows some faults.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common terms such as 'financial stability', 'work-life balance', and 'sustainable jobs'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word choice errors throughout the text, including 'Now a days' (Nowadays), 'opportinities' (opportunities), 'harrasment' (harassment), 'threating' (threatening), and 'sector' (sectors). These errors do not seriously impede communication, but they prevent the vocabulary score from reaching a higher band. To improve, focus on accuracy with everyday academic terminology and correct spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You utilize a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some ambitious structures such as conditional and relative clauses ('...if they have an official degree and completed their training', '...doctors will have to communicate and adapt to the language of the country they are moving to'). However, there are frequent grammatical and punctuation errors, including run-on sentences with comma splices, preposition errors ('training from' instead of 'training in'), and subject-verb agreement slips ('those sector of people'). While these errors rarely completely obscure your meaning, they occur frequently enough to keep the grammar score at a Band 6.0 level.
