Student answer (Band 5.0)

Numerious individuals aurged that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be necessary to work in their own country where they did their learning, while some contended that they should be independent to work in any forigen country if they wish, I firmly delived that. although all the skill persons should be free to work where they want, and any country around the global, if they work in their own country they will be help full in the progres of their country

To commence with, the need is that all the talanted persons such as doctor, engineers and traders should be necessary to work in their country where they born and learn all the skills, and they will assist in economy boosted for instance all the developing countries such as CHINA , ENGLAND and FARANCE are rich and prosperous because all the professionals work in their own country and help their nation in different fields

On the other hand, some citizens believe they must be free to work in any country where they wish. we can solve all the issues if the goverment provide all the facilities to skill person for example which country in live a lot of talented individuals have and many educated persons. but the problem is that the authorites of our counrty cannot provide any jobs to all the experienced workers and provide all the basic amenities to highly proficient persons

In conclusion, if we wanted to cope the matter we should gives more job opportunities to all skill people

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses both views regarding whether professionals should be required to work in their home countries or be free to migrate, and a personal position is stated at the beginning. However, the development of ideas remains quite limited and superficial. For instance, the argument about developing countries such as 'CHINA, ENGLAND AND FARANCE' being prosperous due to domestic professionals is historically and economically inaccurate, as England and France are developed nations with significant immigrant and emigrant professional flows. Furthermore, the reasoning lacks depth, relying on repetitive assertions rather than well-extended examples. This places the performance firmly at Band 5.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The text is organized into paragraphs with basic introductory and transitional markers like 'To commence with', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion'. However, overall progression is hindered by poor sentence construction and run-on structures, such as the massive opening sentence which attempts to cram the introduction and thesis statement together with comma splices. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow is frequently disrupted by unclear referencing and abrupt shifts in thought. Cohesive devices are mechanically applied and sometimes inaccurate, leading to a choppy reading experience that aligns with Band 5 descriptors.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Vocabulary is basic and heavily repetitive throughout the response. The student relies on words like 'professionals', 'country', 'work', and 'skills' repeatedly. There are numerous spelling errors and incorrect word formations, such as 'Numerious' (Numerous), 'aurged' (argued), 'forigen' (foreign), 'delived' (believed), 'skill persons' (skilled persons), 'talanted' (talented), and 'goverment' (government). Attempts to use less common vocabulary result in awkward collocations, such as 'economy boosted'. The vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey a basic topic, but frequent errors place it at Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The text displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, heavily dominated by faulty complex sentences. The opening sentence is a massive, unpunctuated run-on clause containing multiple comma splices. There are frequent grammatical errors involving subject-verb agreement, tense consistency, and missing prepositions, such as 'should be necessary to work' instead of 'should be required to work', 'all the skill persons', and 'if we wanted to cope the matter we should gives'. Punctuation is largely neglected or misused. Due to the high frequency of errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, the grammar score is Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0.
