Student answer (Band 6.0)
In today's rapidly evolving world, the significance of highly qualified scholars has been rising across the world, for enhancing the advancements of nations. While a substantial number of individuals assert that professionals, particularly doctors and engineers ought to work in the country where they did their training, others contend that their freedom shoul not be restridted, and they feel free to work in any country. This essay will discuss both views.
To begin with, proponents emphasize that if highly qualified professionals are provided a sufficient number of emplyment opportunities with well-pay and stability, they should not leave their country. This is because this approach can be proven highly advantageous for the population, nations' economy and also themeselves. One major benefit is, when any medical professionals treat their patients and provide any advice, so patients can be able to understand their native language. In addition, it seems that if practitoners are highly aware of their nations digintal interventions, so they can easily detect any diseases and work efficiently, productively and accordingly. Another worth-considering merit is authorities are not required to approach foreign proffesionals for nations' development, and they can save high cost of recruiting other nations' employee, so they might allocate saved financial resources to enhance the standards of the population, by providing them essential prerequisites, public services. Consequntly, this can not only a viable approach to stimulate nations' economy but also an effective solution for nations' social progress. For instance, according to a survey conducted by the organisation called WWO- World Wide Organisation, found that the ratio of migration from industrial countries is less than 39% because governments offer internship programmes and occupational opportunities.
However, despite the given argument, other people argue that professionals should not be restricted, but they ought to be allowed to work anywhere according to their desire. To elaborate, in recent years, it is evidenced that highly qualified graduates do not get well-paid job in developing nations, if they move any other nation they can get a vast amount of financial benefits, particularly from disadvantaged communities. This can affords individuals myriad benefits to enhance social mobility and aleviate their poverty. Moreover, another underlying factor to work in another country professional can raise their knowledge, adaptation, assimilation. Since they work with forign doctors, they can learn new practices, languages and skills.
To conclude, in my opinion, although professionals acquire myriad benfits for themselves by working in other countries, working in native country can be highly indispensable and beneficial for economic and social progress of the country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on whether professionals should work in their home country and providing a clear personal opinion in the conclusion. The ideas presented are generally relevant, such as the economic and social benefits of retaining trained talent versus the financial and developmental advantages of working abroad. However, some ideas are more fully developed than others; for example, the first body paragraph touches on language and digital interventions but lacks fully elaborated extension for each point. The supporting example regarding the WWO survey is somewhat vague and underdeveloped. To reach a higher level, the writer should ensure that all main arguments are consistently extended with fully relevant, detailed explanations and more precise examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear organizational structure, divided into an introduction, two body paragraphs representing different views, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct themes. Cohesive devices are employed throughout the text, such as "To begin with," "However," and "To conclude," which help guide the reader through the arguments. Nevertheless, cohesion is at times mechanical or slightly faulty, and referencing is not always entirely clear, as seen in some slightly convoluted transitional phrases. To improve, the writer needs to ensure that cohesive ties connect ideas more naturally and smoothly without relying on repetitive transitional patterns.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, demonstrating an attempt to use less common lexical items such as "significant," "prerequisites," "stimulate," and "assimilation." However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors that occur throughout the text, including "shoul" instead of "should", "restridted", "emplyment", "well-pay", "themeselves", "practitoners", "digintal", "proffesionals", "Consequntly", "aleviate", and "benfits". While these inaccuracies do not seriously impede communication, they reflect a lack of precision in word form and spelling. To achieve a higher band score, the writer must expand their lexical range and exercise greater accuracy in word choice, spelling, and collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The response demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting varied structures such as conditional and subordinate clauses. There are some errors in grammar and punctuation present in the text, such as article misuse ("the country's economy" instead of "nations' economy"), subject-verb agreement issues ("an organisation called WWO... found that"), and awkward prepositional usage within grammatical patterns. Despite these errors, they rarely impede communication, and the meaning of sentences generally remains clear. To progress further, the writer should aim for a higher proportion of error-free complex sentences and refine their control over articles, plurals, and syntactic phrasing.
