Student answer (Band 5.0)
In modern life, professionals is becoming increasingly important. Nowadays many people believe that professionals should work only in the country where did their training. while others argure that they should be free to work in another country if they wish. I believe that drawbacks far outweigh its advantages. In this essay i will explain the reasons for my opnion.
There are several reasons why i hold this view. The primary reason is that professionals learns new things when they work in another country, For example if they work in another country they learn new practices that are beneficial for their future career goals. Moreover, it provides additional advantages such as they know the solution of every problems that are related to their professions, because they work in different countries and fimiliar to their problems and solutions . In other words, Working in the other countries places people in a better favorable positions to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.
Others people believe that professionals should work to the country where they did their training. This is a significant point, because its not only affect individuals but also has a considerable imapct on society. For example, it can helps to the peoples in the country where they did training. Furthermore its positive influence extends to both society and the economy. Making it an important issue that deserve consideration. This is why many people support it.
To conclude, although working in other country may have a few minor drawbacks, its advantages are far more significant. Therefore, I believe that it is a trend that should be welcome.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task only partially. While the writer manages to discuss both views and state a personal opinion, the ideas are limited and under-developed. For instance, the discussion regarding why professionals should stay in their home country in the third paragraph is vague, relying on generalised statements like "it can helps to the peoples in the country where they did training" rather than expanding on specific reasons like brain drain or return on educational investment. The position is stated, but the support lacks depth and extension. Note that 12 words copied directly from the task prompt were excluded from the official word count.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation, but the response lacks a clear overall progression. The writer attempts to structure the essay into paragraphs with basic transitional markers such as "To conclude" and "The primary reason is that", but the cohesive devices are frequently mechanical and repetitive. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as in the third paragraph where the pronoun usage makes it difficult to follow which group or concept is being referred to. Paragraphing is attempted, but the logical flow between sentences within paragraphs needs stronger connections to guide the reader smoothly through the arguments.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used represents a limited and minimally adequate range for the task. The writer relies on basic words and repeats terms frequently, such as "country," "work," and "professionals." There are noticeable lexical errors and issues with word formation and spelling, including "argure" instead of argue, "opnion" instead of opinion, "fimiliar" instead of familiar, and "imapct" instead of impact. These errors, along with awkward phrasing like "know the solution of every problems," occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the lexical score from rising into the higher bands.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer demonstrates a limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside poorly controlled complex attempts. There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ("professionals is becoming"), incorrect verb forms ("professionals learns"), missing prepositions or articles ("work to the country", "helps to the peoples"), and punctuation errors such as lowercase letters at the start of sentences ("i will explain"). These frequent errors cause strain and difficulty for the reader, which is characteristic of this grammatical level.
