Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many individual believe that their are lot of professionals such as doctors and engineers, have to work for there own country where they learn these skills . whereas, other arguee that they are free to work where they want to do. In my opinion, I m partically agree with both the individuals that they should work for there on country and also they should free to choose their living.
On the one hand, many individual peoples there are professionals like doctors and engineers should work for their own country where they belong rather than moving to another location. For example, in india every year many doctors and engineers are trained. After learning or bulding their base tand gain experense they shift to another countries due to this there is lack of doctors and engineers and people for there treatement spend there money to other country hospital which directely increase the economy of of that country. Same with engineers for most of the mechanical parts they are rely on other country. And the bad part is the individuals they are rely on the are from their own country.
On the other hand, some believe they are free to choose there own way of living. As the main reason of people to shift towards other country is income. The payment they are offering from other country they are not getting in their own country. Payment is not only the issue they other facility provide by they like paid holidays, emergency lives, accoundation and many more.
In conclusion, I believe that if they are provide with same facilities with other country offer them no one live their motherland and also not choose their life away from there love once.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that professionals should stay in their home countries and that they should be free to work elsewhere—while providing a personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. However, the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed. For instance, the explanation of how the brain drain impacts the domestic economy is stated simply as 'directely increase the economy of of that country' without further elaboration or specific examples beyond a brief mention of India. Similarly, the arguments regarding better income, paid holidays, and accommodation in foreign countries are listed rather than fully extended. While a position is presented, the lack of depth and occasional repetition in the body paragraphs mean the ideas are not explored as fully as they could be for a higher score.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt to structure the response into introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. Basic cohesive devices and transition markers such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion' are employed to guide the reader through the different perspectives. However, referencing is not always clear, and the flow is sometimes hindered by mechanical transitions. For example, the phrase 'Same with engineers for most of the mechanical parts they are rely on other country' creates a disjointed progression between ideas. Paragraphing is used to separate the different viewpoints, but internal cohesion within the body paragraphs occasionally feels abrupt, preventing a smoother logical progression throughout the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is limited and repetitive, representing an adequate range for the basic task but containing numerous lexical and orthographic errors. There are frequent spelling mistakes throughout the text, such as 'individual' instead of 'individuals', 'partically' instead of 'partially', 'bulding' instead of 'building', 'tand' instead of 'and', 'experense' instead of 'experience', 'directely' instead of 'directly', 'accoundation' instead of 'accommodation', and 'love once' instead of 'loved ones'. Word choice and word formation are also weak, with phrases like 'emergency lives' instead of 'emergency leaves'. While communication is generally maintained despite these flaws, the high density of errors and basic vocabulary choices restrict the lexical score significantly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The writing displays a limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences alongside a few attempts at complex forms that are often faulty. There are frequent errors in subject-verb agreement, such as 'Many individual believe that their are lot of professionals... have to work', and persistent tense and article errors. Prepositions inside grammatical patterns are also misused, as seen in 'they are rely on' instead of 'they rely on' and 'spend there money to other country hospital'. Punctuation and sentence boundaries are occasionally problematic, leading to run-on sentences that lack clarity. These frequent errors across basic and complex structures cause noticeable difficulty for the reader at times.
