Student answer (Band 4.5)
I have mixed opinion on this, professionals especially doctors, engineers should work in the country where they did their training on the other hand i also belive that they should be free to work in another county if they like.
Firstly, Doctors and engineers should work in the region where they did their training because they know the people, culture and particular language of that country so that they can handle the difficult situation easily for example a person comes to the hospital for a surgery doctors need to communicate with that person in a regional language otherwise they could not understand the patient problem, hence it is neceesary that doctors need to know the regional language to treat the people of that country. In the same way engineers should also work in the same country wher they did training their intelligence into the work can build the nation and can give competation to another country in building the technology to the world.
Nowadays,Most professionals such as doctors and engineers works in abroad becuase of worklife balance, facilities and income
where these people are to work in another countries however it is difficult to work in another country with different language and culture also to handle people. In addition learning some skills like reagional language skill , and some trending AI tools can helps the professionals to work in other countries easily if they wish they also get benifitted from lots of different facilities, worklife balance with stress free work and salary negotiations.
At last people such as doctors and engineers, neither can work in the country where theydid their training nor they are free to work in another country

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the task only partially. While the writer attempts to discuss both views regarding whether professionals should work locally or abroad, the position is not always clearly maintained, particularly in the concluding sentence which appears contradictory and confusing. Ideas are limited and under-developed, relying on basic assertions rather than fully extended reasoning. For instance, the argument about language and culture is introduced but lacks depth, and the examples provided remain vague. Furthermore, seventeen words copied directly from the task prompt were not counted toward the minimum length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The information and ideas are not arranged coherently throughout the text. While paragraphing is attempted, the overall progression lacks clarity and logical flow. The use of cohesive devices is inadequate and mechanical, with sentences often strung together using repetitive conjunctions or run-on structures, such as in the second paragraph where multiple ideas are linked with 'so that' and 'otherwise'. Referencing and logical transitions between sentences and paragraphs are frequently unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. There is a reliance on basic and repetitive words, such as 'professionals', 'doctors', 'engineers', and 'country'. Noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling occur throughout the text, including terms like 'belive', 'county', 'neceesary', 'wher', 'works', 'becuase', 'worklife', 'reagional', and 'benifitted'. These lexical inaccuracies and occasional awkward collocations cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the development of a more precise or varied vocabulary range.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The text demonstrates a very limited range of structures, consisting mostly of simple or poorly constructed compound sentences. Attempts at complex sentences are often faulty, featuring frequent errors in punctuation, run-on clauses, and missing boundary markers. There are persistent issues with subject-verb agreement, article usage, and prepositions within grammatical patterns, such as 'work in another countries' and 'helps the professionals to work'. These frequent errors create significant disruption and can cause difficulty for the reader in interpreting the intended meaning.
