Student answer (Band 5.5)
Thesedays, it is a common beleive that higher ranked professions like doctors and engineers should complete their training in their respective country, while others hold the opposite opinion that such individuals should be given free will to decide it. In my perspective, it should be one's personal choice because training vary from country to country. In this essay I will support my opinnion with examples.
Firstly, people should given choice to decide whether he wanted to do training in his country or some other country because the methods and policy are different in each contry. For instance, doctors in Pakistan required to do home job with traditional equipments, while in America doctors are trained on modern tools. If it is not taken noticed it will become difficults for professionals to work in their desired country.
Another reason, why I agree with this is that people should be given such choices because it help them to enhance their skills and eventually they can earn higher wages this will help them to support their country and families in more border perspective. Take highly skilled engineers as an example, which can help their own country to build innovative and coast friendly items to enhance country capital.
On the other hand, some people beleive that training professional in own country can help their country to overcome the shortage of doctors and engineers. However, many of them study from public universities so people consider that it's local people investment so that in future they can get better facilities.
To sum up, although it is a common beleive that professional should complete their training in their respectiove country. Personally I beleive that they should be free in oder to get highly skilled professionals in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on whether professionals should train in their home country and stating a personal position. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and uneven across the paragraphs. For instance, the argument regarding varying training methods and policy is introduced with an example of doctors in Pakistan versus America, but the explanation remains brief and under-developed. Similarly, the counter-argument regarding local university investment and overcoming professional shortages is mentioned in the fourth paragraph but lacks further extension or specific support. While a clear position is maintained throughout the essay, the supporting details would benefit from deeper elaboration to fully satisfy the requirements of a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt to structure the response into introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate distinct ideas, such as the two contrasting viewpoints and the personal stance. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical and referencing is not always completely clear. For example, transitional phrases like 'Firstly' and 'Another reason' are employed, but the logical progression between sentences is occasionally hindered by abrupt shifts. Furthermore, pronouns and referencing words such as 'which' in 'Take highly skilled engineers as an example, which can help...' lead to ambiguous connections, demonstrating that cohesive devices are sometimes faulty or repetitive in their application.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate for the task, providing enough range to communicate the basic arguments about professional training and migration. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the text, such as 'Thesedays', 'beleive', 'contry', 'home job' instead of house job or residency, 'coast friendly' instead of cost-friendly, and 'respectiove'. Additionally, phrases like 'in more border perspective' demonstrate awkward collocations. These lexical inaccuracies and frequent spelling slips cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the response from achieving a higher level of lexical precision and natural control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional structures and relative clauses, but these attempts are frequently accompanied by grammatical errors. There are noticeable issues with subject-verb agreement, verb forms, and articles, including 'people should given choice', 'doctors in Pakistan required to do', and 'training professional in own country'. Punctuation errors also occur, particularly with run-on sentences and missing commas around inserted clauses. These frequent errors in grammar and structure cause some difficulty for the reader, placing the grammatical control squarely within the specified band.
