Student answer (Band 6.0)
With increase demand of skilled professionals like doctors and engineers all around the world some people strongly believes, that they should work only in the country, where they had their trainings. While other are supporters of their recruitment in any country of their will. In my opinion high skilled workers should have free will to choose their contribution to society and people of any country they like, instead of the country, they had their hands on training.
Firstly, people who stand with believe of doctors and engineers should work in the country, where they had their trainings are right as, they are familiar with rules and regulations of that particular country. In addition, they are also familiar with the disease conditions, people have in that respective country, for instance, in India people are suffering from diabetes, heart failure at very young age, oral cancer due to substance abuse of tobacco etc, whereas, in New Zealand, alzimers, stroke etcectra are very common.
On the other hand, people who supports , that doctors and engineers should be free to choose, their work country have valid point, as highly skilled or experienced doctors and engineers not only benefit different country with their work but also assist in aiding people in need. For example, countries like, Iraq, Iran or many more which are always in state of war, injuries, they require extra workforce for assitance and treating injured and reconstructing basic infrastructure for thier people.
In conclusion, both groups have their valid reasons to support their beliefs, whereas, I stand with people who are in favour of working doctors and engineers in any country with their free will because every country needs best healthcare and infrastructure despite the origin of manpower's training background as long as they are happy to adapt and learn about the culture of the cou try they choose to work for.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both sides of the discussion and state your position clearly: you support professionals choosing where to work. The two body paragraphs give relevant reasons, including familiarity with local health conditions and the need for skilled workers in countries affected by conflict. These examples help answer the question, and your conclusion returns to your view. However, the first argument is more developed than the second: the conflict example would be stronger if you explained more specifically how professionals’ freedom to move benefits both them and the receiving country. Your position is clear, but the claim that every country needs the “best” workers could be qualified by acknowledging licensing or adaptation requirements. More balanced development and precise support would strengthen the response.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a coherent overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “Firstly,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow, and the examples are placed with the arguments they support. Some connections are less smooth or precise, however. The opening sentence joins contrasting views with “While” without a fully balanced sentence, and the long list of health conditions interrupts the development of the first argument. Punctuation around linking phrases and commas is also inconsistent. To improve, make each paragraph’s main point explicit, then explain and illustrate it in a clear sequence, using fewer mechanical transitions and more precise references.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “skilled professionals,” “rules and regulations,” “workforce,” and “infrastructure.” These choices show an attempt to discuss the issue beyond basic terms. However, inaccurate word forms, spelling, and collocations are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear: “increase demand” needs a different form, “their trainings” is unnatural here, and “in state of war, injuries” does not express the intended idea clearly. There are also misspellings such as “assitance,” “thier,” and “alzimers.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding complex wording; proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your vocabulary more effective and precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of sentence forms, including complex clauses with “whereas,” “as,” and “because,” and the overall meaning is generally recoverable. However, control is limited: errors occur frequently in agreement, articles, sentence boundaries, and clause construction. For example, “some people strongly believes” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “While other are supporters” is an incomplete contrast clause. The opening also runs several sentences together, and the final sentence contains a difficult-to-follow structure. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check agreement, articles, and punctuation, especially when joining contrasting ideas, so complex sentences remain clear.
