Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You address both views in a basic way: you say professionals can benefit their home country, while working abroad may offer better opportunities, and you give a personal preference in the conclusion. However, the response is only 167 words, below the required 250, so the discussion remains minimal. The reasons are difficult to understand or are not explained: for example, “doctors and engineers can be befits own country” does not clarify what benefits they provide, and the point about opportunities abroad is not supported with a specific example. Your opinion is also unclear because the conclusion appears to support both positions. Develop each view with a clear reason and example, then state which position you favour and why. (The 25 words copied from the task prompt were not counted.)
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the paragraphs broadly correspond to the two views. This gives the reader a basic sense of the intended structure. However, ideas are not arranged coherently within those sections, and progression is difficult to follow because several sentences are incomplete or unclear. The repeated opening “On the hand” does not clearly signal the contrast, and the conclusion repeats earlier points without resolving the writer’s position. Linking words such as “such as” are introduced, but the examples that follow do not connect clearly to the claims. Use a clear topic sentence in each body paragraph, explain one reason at a time, and link each example directly to that reason.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
You use a small set of relevant topic words, including “professionals,” “doctors,” “engineers,” “country,” and “job,” so the general subject can be recognised. However, vocabulary is basic and highly repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors strain the reader. Examples include “benifits,” “opprtuniten,” “develoment,” and “pasent”; phrases such as “fastly reson” and “not bad think” are also difficult to interpret. These problems make it hard to understand the intended reasons, rather than merely making the writing sound less natural. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling, word forms, and collocations. For instance, explain that professionals can “contribute to national development” or gain “better career opportunities abroad.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
You attempt to form sentences and use basic connectors, but the range of sentence structures is very limited, and frequent errors often distort meaning. For example, “doctors and engineers is helps as a people same country” has problems with subject–verb agreement and sentence construction, while “professionals doctors and engineers work in country” is missing grammatical elements needed to express the idea clearly. The opening ends with the fragment “In my opinion,” and the conclusion contains a long, poorly controlled sentence. Punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, including subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete clauses; then combine them with “because” or “while” to show reasons and contrasts.
