Student answer (Band 5.5)
Professionals such as doctors and engineers working in the country where the got training is good for the country and society only in the case if there are enough good opportunities. If the opportunities and future growth is promising while working in some other country then its better to migrate.
Professionals have been doing lot of hardwork to get the required qualification and trainings. Then spending that expeirence in the country where they got that will help the society and overall growth of the country. like every year new hospitals and industries are being setup, and inorder to complete the demand of those professionals, they need more in country professionals. This will help the industries to innovate while retaining the national talent
But professionals who get opportunities to work in other countries with promising future, growth and recognition they should be allowed to work. As countries like Pakistan and India, not all the professionals get desired opportunities, growth and recognition. Migration to UAE or other countries helps them in getts them all. Also due to lack of good opportunities, many professional who dont want to have means to move to another country, switch their work to some type of work, wasting the resources and hardwork which they have done over the years.
So in my opinion, the decision to work in the country of the origin is totally based on free will of the professionals. If they are passionate to serve their country, are successfully getting opportunities of growth, recognition and supporting their families then they shoudl stay. But if they are not successful enough, then they should move for better future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and give a clear opinion: professionals should stay when they have worthwhile opportunities and otherwise should be free to move. The discussion of national benefits—supporting hospitals and industries and retaining talent—is relevant, as is the point that migration can offer recognition and better prospects. However, the first view is developed more generally than specifically, and the examples about Pakistan, India and the UAE are asserted rather than explained or illustrated. The point about professionals switching to other work is relevant but could be connected more clearly to the effects of requiring them to remain. To strengthen the response, explain the consequences of each position in more detail and support the examples with a specific situation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an opening position, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding opinion. This makes the overall line of argument understandable. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes loose, and links between ideas can feel mechanical. For example, the second paragraph moves from professionals’ training to new hospitals and industries without clearly explaining the connection, while “Also” introduces another point without showing how it follows from the previous one. The opening sentence is also difficult to follow because several conditions are packed together. Use clearer topic sentences and make each paragraph develop one main point through explanation and an example; vary linking expressions and use pronouns with clear references.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “qualification,” “recognition,” “opportunities,” “migrate,” and “national talent.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, but the range is limited and some phrases are imprecise or unnatural, such as “complete the demand,” “spending that experience,” and “helps them in getts them all.” Repetition of “opportunities,” “growth,” and “professionals” also makes the argument less flexible. Spelling errors such as “expeirence,” “hardwork,” and “shoudl” further reduce accuracy. Build a wider set of natural collocations for employment and migration, and check spelling carefully. Aim to express the same ideas with more precise verbs and phrases rather than repeating broad terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If they are passionate to serve their country … then they should stay.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentences contain errors that make the reader work to understand the relationships between ideas. For example, “Professionals … working … is good … only in the case if” has an awkward clause structure, and “many professional who dont want to have means to move” has problems with agreement and sentence construction. Articles, plurals, and verb forms also need attention, as in “the country where the got training” and “new hospitals and industries are being setup.” Practise building clear conditional sentences and check subject–verb agreement, articles, and punctuation when editing.
