Student answer (Band 5.5)
Their are different views about whethear professionals like doctors or engineers should work in the country where they trained or should be free to move and allowed to work in other countries as well. while some people believe that professional should not leave country because if they do, home country losses its talent while other think they move for better personal and financial again. In my opinion, its not always easy to leave the comfort and stabilty of our own home.
On the one hand, people have different motivations and intensions to shift from their home country. For example, a particular doctor might be intrested in a reserach of other country's university or simply they might want to experience their culture. Someone might be facinated by the financial side of it. Therefore, by moving they get personal growth, higher income or mental staisfaction.
On the other hand, someone may have financial, famalial or emotional reasons by which they dont want to move. For instance, one of my friend had a massive opportunity to work with the biggest multinational company around the world. But she let go of it because her mother was not capable of taking care of herslf. So she did not take that position because she was emotionally attached with her mother.
Although, it is difficult to come to this coclusion but every professional should have free will. If one is bounded by rules they wont be able to give their 100% in their field. If any professional is satisfied in their home country- with infrastructure, political situtaion, finantial growth their way they wont leave.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the topic and give a clear final view that professionals should have freedom to choose where they work. The example of your friend also illustrates how personal and family circumstances can affect that choice. However, the two views in the question are not fully discussed: the essay focuses mainly on individuals’ reasons for moving or staying, rather than explaining the case for requiring trained professionals to serve their home country and the consequences of losing skilled workers. The opening mentions this loss of talent, but does not develop it. Your opinion is also only stated clearly near the end. To strengthen the response, explain both sides directly and support each with a relevant reason or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a concluding paragraph. These markers help readers follow the broad direction. However, the progression is not consistently logical: the first body paragraph discusses reasons to move, while the second discusses reasons to stay, rather than developing the two arguments in the prompt. Some links are unclear, such as “Although, it is difficult to come to this conclusion,” which does not clearly connect to the preceding example. The conclusion introduces conditions for staying but does not fully summarise the discussion. Use topic sentences that state each side’s argument, then connect examples explicitly to those claims.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary, including “personal growth,” “higher income,” “financial,” and “emotionally attached,” which helps communicate the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear or natural, for example “whethere,” “intensions,” “facinated,” and “financial again.” Some phrases are also imprecise, such as “give their 100% in their field” and “the biggest multinational company around the world.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “retain skilled workers,” “career opportunities,” and “family responsibilities” would help you discuss the issue directly and avoid repeating general ideas about personal reasons.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional structure in “If one is bounded by rules they wont be able to give their 100%.” However, errors occur frequently and sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. For example, “Their are different views” has an incorrect subject form, and “home country losses its talent” has an agreement error. There are also problems with articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries, as in “one of my friend” and “Although, it is difficult to come to this coclusion but…” Several sentences run together or lack appropriate punctuation. Practise building accurate complex sentences with clear clauses, and proofread for agreement, articles, apostrophes, and punctuation.
