Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is often argued that the doctors and engineers should be working in a country where they completed their training and on the other hand some supports their freedom of chosing work destination.I agree with the later group as these professionals need to practice their learning frequently to sharpen their knowledge and to get diverse experience which will help them to work better for their country.
Some belives that the professionals who needs continuous practicing of their skill should be working in the place they first got their learning from.To support their statement they describes that it will help them to understand their skill and knowledge better and by doing that they will be returning the favour to the place they owe.But it has some backlogs as well,Such as a doctor working all his life to the same place will never get to experience the diverse series of diseases or they can never upgrade with the ways of healing people. There is always a new type of ways discovering to heal diseases but the person stucking to the same place will never grow. This same goes for the engineer as well. They will never learn the new equiation of their fields. They will always feel caged in their minds and that would not bring positive impact on the people around them.
On the other hand, the people who moves to places after completing their training gets to improve themselves in a greater way. They can work in a place they are truly devoted to and this will be better for the people who are taking their services or help.As the service people will be free in their mind and they have scopes to grow themselves. This is the particular reason to not restricting the people who needs continuous development in their work.
In conclusion, i firmly believe that the service professionals should be free to work wherever they want be it another country if they wish.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both views and state a clear preference for allowing professionals to choose where they work. The discussion gives relevant reasons: remaining in one country may limit exposure to different diseases and new engineering developments, while moving can support professional growth. These points show the core of the task is understood. However, the case for requiring professionals to stay in the country that trained them is not developed as fully as your argument against it; the idea of “returning the favour” is mentioned but not explained with a concrete example or its benefits to that country. Your own position is clear, but it would be stronger if you supported it with a specific example and developed both sides more evenly. This would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a coherent overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph presenting the stay-at-home view and its limitations, a paragraph supporting freedom of movement, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main direction. Some connections, however, are mechanical or unclear. For example, “To support their statement” does not clearly identify who “they” refers to, and the first body paragraph moves from the argument for staying to its disadvantages without a sufficiently clear transition. Several ideas are also joined in long sequences, making their relationships harder to follow. Use clearer topic sentences and more precise referencing, and separate contrasting points so the progression feels smoother and less repetitive.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “professionals,” “diverse experience,” “diseases,” and “continuous development,” so the main ideas can be understood. However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “place,” “work,” and “people,” and several noticeable word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors make parts less natural. Examples include “backlogs” for disadvantages, “equiation,” and “stucking to the same place.” Phrases such as “scopes to grow themselves” and “free in their mind” are also difficult to interpret precisely. Build a more accurate set of expressions for professional mobility and public benefit, and check spelling and word forms. More precise vocabulary would make your reasoning clearer and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “as,” “which,” and “who,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, the range is limited and complex sentences are often faulty, with frequent errors that sometimes make the reader pause. For example, “Some belives that the professionals who needs” has problems with subject–verb agreement, while “the people who moves” and “they describes” show similar agreement errors. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention: “the later group” should be punctuated and structured more clearly, and several sentences run together after full stops, as in “place.They.” Practise checking each clause for a clear subject and correctly matched verb, and use punctuation to separate complete ideas.
