Student answer (Band 6.0)
A number of individuals believe that personnels, like doctors and engineers, must work in the countries where they pursued ther education. While others think they should be allowed to work anywhere. This essay will discuss both perspectives and in end my personal opinion.
The most compelling reason put forward by the supporters of the opinion that the professionals should work in the countries where they completed education is that they resources involved in their education. They argue that, many countries spend money in the fields where they need more workers so it is moral responsiblity of them to work in that country and it should also be mandatory. For example, in pakistan, government funds majority of the medical institutions to fullfill the requirement of health care workers. If these professionals purse their careers in foreign countries there will be a financial loss to government while shortage of workers will remain same.
While opponents of the this opinion argue that choosing a place to work is a basic right of the workers. Governements & other institutions should not intervein in people's choice. For instance, if a worker has studied in a country where the demand of a particular skill is low. It would be unfair to him if he or she is limited to work in a single country where earning opportunities are lesser.
To capituale, there are satisfying reasons for both view-points but in my view there should be a work restriction, at least for a particular time so that shortage in skills can be fullfilled.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and give a clear opinion: you support requiring professionals to work locally for a limited period. The discussion of publicly funded training is relevant, and the Pakistan example helps explain the possible loss to government and continued staff shortages. However, the two sides are not developed equally. The case for freedom to choose is mainly framed around low demand and fewer earning opportunities, with little explanation of other reasons professionals may move, such as career development or personal circumstances. Your conclusion repeats your position but does not explain how a time-limited requirement could balance public investment with individual choice. Develop each argument with a fuller explanation and a specific example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion. The progression from the public-investment argument to individual choice is easy to follow, and phrases such as “For example” and “While opponents” help signal the relationship between ideas. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some flexibility in linking. To make the progression more consistently smooth, clarify the opening contrast: “A number of individuals believe … While others think” leaves the second view as a fragment. Some links are also mechanical, and the conclusion introduces “a work restriction” without connecting it explicitly to the earlier arguments. Use complete transitions and clearer references between claims and examples.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “professionals,” “financial loss,” “shortage of workers,” and “earning opportunities,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “moral responsibility” and “mandatory.” However, the range and control are uneven: several spelling and word-form errors stand out, including “personnels,” “ther,” “responsiblity,” “fullfill,” and “capituale.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “pursued their education” and “satisfying reasons.” These errors make the language less precise and polished. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations as complete phrases; for example, use “completed their training” and “valid arguments” in these contexts.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If these professionals pursue their careers in foreign countries…” and a relative clause beginning “where the demand of a particular skill is low.” The main meaning is usually clear, but some sentence structures and grammatical patterns are not controlled consistently. The opening uses an incomplete contrast, “While others think…,” and “the professionals should work in the countries where they completed education” is missing a determiner before “education.” There are also problems with agreement and sentence construction in “they resources involved in their education” and “it is moral responsibility of them.” Aim to make each sentence complete, check articles and agreement, and revise complex sentences for clear grammatical relationships.
