Student answer (Band 5.5)
Many people argue that professionals , like doctors and engineers , should compulsory work in the country where they did their training. However , some of them opion that they should be free to work anywhere they like. This essay is intend to discuss both view and i personally belive that letter view is better for them.My explanation will describe in the following paragraphs.
Firstly , people are believe that doctors and engineers should work in contry where they got their training. This is because they think that which country admire their ability and provide them facility to become an experts of their fields. So , they should not forget about that and they should give there help to that nation. For example , doctors not get any chance to get sufficient training in their country, but other country is provide them this sessions. As a result, they become expert so people thought that they ought to work in same country. In addition , they thibk that it is their responsibility to work for the country which made them able to do such things by their own.
On the other hand , others think that they should be free and they have their own choice to work where they want. They have freedom that they do work anywhere they like and it is possible that they should try to help their nation and their aim is to help their country in such area. For instance , country is very poor and they do not have enough facility to make better experts. For that reason people who want to get education and help their country they must have ti travel to other country.Furthermore , after getting their training they go back and try to help their country to overcome that problems.
In my opinion , professionals should have freedom and they are free to work where they wish.Sometimes, they want to live with their familes and friends and they want to do help people of their nations so we should not put any restriction upon them and let them give freedom where of what they like and where they like stay and work.
To sum up , both view have their own reasons. In first view people thaught that they should admire country which gave them chance. However , they are independent where they want to live and it is beneficial for them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both positions and state your view clearly: “I personally believe that latter view is better,” and the final opinion supports professionals’ freedom to choose where they work. The response also gives relevant reasons, including access to training abroad and the wish to help one’s home country. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The first view is explained mainly as a duty to repay the country, while the second paragraph shifts between freedom to work anywhere and returning home after training, so the argument is not always clear. Examples are general rather than specific. To strengthen the response, explain the consequences of each policy and develop a consistent example for each side. The response meets the task’s stated length requirement; nine words copied from the prompt were excluded from the count.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. This makes the overall arrangement coherent, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “On the other hand,” and “To sum up” help readers follow the discussion. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. In the second body paragraph, the movement from professionals’ freedom to work anywhere to their returning home after training is not fully explained. References such as “that country,” “they,” and “that problems” can also leave the intended meaning uncertain. The conclusion repeats the two positions but does not clearly synthesise the reasoning. Use clearer links between claims and examples, and make each paragraph’s progression more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “professionals,” “training,” “experts,” “responsibility,” and “restriction.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make the writing less natural. For example, “should compulsory work” and “provide them facility” do not express the intended meanings idiomatically; “admire country” is also unclear in context. Spelling errors such as “opion,” “thibk,” and “familes” are noticeable and sometimes slow the reader. Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing employment, public investment, and professional migration, and check spelling and word forms carefully. This would make your arguments clearer without changing their substance.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a reason clause beginning “This is because” and a conditional idea in “it is possible that they should try to help their nation.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “people are believe,” “other country is provide them,” and “doctors not get any chance.” Several sentences also run together without appropriate spacing after full stops. Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and using auxiliaries in negatives and continuous forms. Then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct articles, and punctuation. More reliable control of these patterns will support your attempts at complex sentences.
