Student answer (Band 5.0)
Mainly, it is the beleif that professionals need to work in their own country rather than going to another country. And some have other opinion that they are free to work where they want to because skilled workers spend too much time and money on their studies so it will be choice of individual where they want to work.
Both sides have there own thoughs on this topic and both are right in their thinking. But we need to give importance to them to decide what is good for them.
For example: If a engineer is from a undevelop nation he has limited option in this country so, for his better future he need to go to a develope country where he has more opportunities.
On the other side, country spend so much on his skilled persons if they go to another country they take part in their developement other than his own country. It is the main reason that country try to keep his assest near to him.
For example: If a person is currently studing as a doctor his country give him scholarship and when doctor go to another country resources are waste.
My opinion is clear on this topic that he have to give choice to the person to decide what is good for them on the end of the day it is their choice if they donnot have interest in their country and they remain their they donot work with full dedication and it is harmful for them and also for their future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the example of a trained professional seeking better opportunities abroad explains the case for freedom of choice, while the scholarship example presents the concern that a country’s investment may benefit another nation. Your own position is also stated clearly at the end: professionals should be allowed to choose. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The first view is introduced in the opening, but the supporting example is not clearly linked to the idea of professionals’ rights or personal choice. The second view would be stronger if you explained when a return-of-service requirement might be fair, rather than saying only that resources are wasted. Develop each argument with clearer reasoning and keep your position explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from the two views to examples and then to your opinion. Phrases such as “On the other side” help signal a change in argument. However, the overall progression is not consistently clear: the opening repeats the contrast between the views, and “Both sides have their own thoughts… But we need to give importance to them” does not explain how the discussion will proceed. The examples are presented abruptly, and some references, such as “they” and “them,” make it unclear whether you mean professionals, countries, or students. Use one paragraph for each view, connect each example directly to its claim, and use clearer referencing and transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “skilled workers,” “scholarship,” “opportunities,” and “dedication,” so the reader can follow the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make parts of the response less clear. For example, “undevelop nation,” “develope country,” and “country spend so much on his skilled persons” are not natural or accurate expressions. “Resources are waste” also does not express the intended idea precisely. Aim for more accurate phrases such as “developing country,” “invest in training professionals,” and “public funds may benefit another country.” Proofreading spelling and choosing precise terms would make your arguments easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “because” and a conditional example beginning “If a person is currently…”. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence construction and basic grammar sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “a engineer,” “he need to go,” and “country spend,” where articles and subject–verb agreement are incorrect. The final sentence joins several ideas with “and” without clear punctuation, while “if they remain their” also has an unclear grammatical structure. Practise accurate articles, agreement, and complete sentence boundaries first; then build longer sentences with clear clauses and punctuation.
