Student answer (Band 5.5)

There is a common debate between people about where professionals such as doctors and engineers should work. some support the view that professionals should work in the country where they got their training from others believe they can do their work in any country they desire to serve. I strongly believe everyone have the right to choose where they want to provide service as a professional. This essay will discuss the both view and before conclusion proper reason would be provided for my point of view.

On the first hand, professionals such as doctor and engineers are highly required for a country's Imporvement in health care sector as well as in archeological and technological sectors because they use their skills to earn money as well as their job can be counted as those which provides a huge amount of support to the society as well as to the government as they are the assest of a country where experts trained them to be skilled they should use those skills for supporting the country where they took their training from.

On the other hand, for better future or for more splendid opportunities professional such as doctor or engineers may want to leave their country where they took training from and it's totally acceptable cause we live our life for only once furthermore professionals also have their own will they can do whatever they want causw they would be using their skills to help people anyway so in my believe intention is the main thing country does not really matter at all. they can also contribute to their own country by sending the foreign remmette to their own country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both positions and state your own view clearly: you support professionals choosing where to work, while explaining that trained workers can benefit the country that educated them. The point about sending remittances also gives a relevant reason for your position. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The case for working in the training country is mostly asserted, and the claim that professionals should serve it because it invested in their skills needs a specific explanation or example. Your argument for freedom relies mainly on personal choice and the broad statement that intention matters. Develop each side with a concrete example and explain the consequences before reaching your conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a clear progression from the first position to the opposing one. Linking phrases such as “On the first hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the contrast, and the reader can follow your main opinion. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The introduction promises a conclusion, but the response ends without a distinct concluding paragraph. Several ideas are joined in very long sentences, making the relationship between reasons difficult to follow. Use clearer sentence boundaries, organise each body paragraph around one main reason, and add a brief conclusion that restates your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “professionals,” “skills,” “opportunities,” and “contribute,” which helps communicate the central ideas. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “health care sector” and “technological sectors.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or distracting, including “splendid opportunities,” “foreign remmette,” and “assest.” “Archeological” does not fit the point about engineers’ contribution to a country’s development. These errors sometimes make the intended meaning less clear. Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling; for example, explain the economic benefit as “remittances sent home” and refer to “healthcare and technology sectors.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because” and “where,” and the main argument is generally understandable. However, complex sentences are often poorly controlled, and errors occur frequently enough to make some parts difficult to read. For example, “I strongly believe everyone have the right” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “professionals such as doctor and engineers” has a number error. The opening also runs several clauses together without reliable sentence boundaries, and “This essay will discuss the both view” shows problems with articles and plural forms. Practise building shorter, complete sentences first, then combine ideas with accurate punctuation and check agreement, articles, and plurals.
