Student answer (Band 5.5)

Having a good career is essential in order to have a prosperous life where many individual argue that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, adhere to work in the same nation in which they did their training and practise on the other hand few people reckon that they should be independent to work in any nation. This essay would shed light on both perspective along with my own opinion.

Undoubtedly, there are many strong vaild reasons why professionals should work in the country in which they did their practise, first is they have opportunity to contribute to that nation, which is behind their career success. To explicate further, after completing their study majority students are like to reside in that particular country not because they became habitual to that enviorment but because they want to serve to that community, which make them successful in their life.

Paradoxically, many liberals strongly advocate that there are many benefits if professinals will employed in foreign. The first and foremost, they get exposure to world class technology as it very fruitful for them in many senses such as valuable experience and network, which will help them to develop a deep analytical knowledge and build good relations with other top professionals of that especific domain.

To recapitulate, taking everthing into consideration, although professionals should contribute to that country in which they get training, I personally believe that professionals should be independent to work any nation in which they want to work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and state your opinion in the conclusion: you support professionals being free to work in the country they choose. However, the discussion is only partial, with limited development of the reasons. The first body paragraph says trained professionals can “contribute to that nation” and serve its community, but does not explain why this should be required or consider the costs of leaving. The second gives benefits of working abroad, such as exposure to technology and professional networks, but these points are not illustrated with a specific example. The response is also four words below the required minimum. Develop each side with clearer reasoning and relevant examples, and explain why your preferred view is stronger.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the broad direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is limited, and some links between ideas are unclear. For example, the opening sentence combines the general topic, both positions, and the essay plan, making the main contrast difficult to follow. Connectors such as “Undoubtedly,” “Paradoxically,” and “To recapitulate” signal stages, but do not always show the precise relationship between claims. The conclusion repeats the position without summarising the reasons. Use shorter, focused topic sentences and link each explanation directly to its supporting point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “contribute,” “exposure,” “valuable experience,” and “analytical knowledge.” These choices show an effort to discuss professional development and public service. However, spelling errors and inaccurate or unnatural collocations are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear. Examples include “vaild,” “enviorment,” “professinals,” and “especific,” as well as “adhere to work” and “employed in foreign.” Some phrases, such as “world class technology,” are broad rather than precise. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common word partnerships, for example, “be required to work,” “work abroad,” and “gain access to advanced technology.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “where,” “which,” and “although,” but these structures are often not controlled accurately. For instance, “many individual argue” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “professionals will employed” is missing the correct verb form. In “which make them successful,” the verb does not agree with its subject, and “should be independent to work any nation” is missing a necessary preposition and article. The opening sentence is also overloaded, with several ideas joined in a way that obscures the sentence structure. Use a greater proportion of clear, complete sentences, then add subordinate clauses carefully and check agreement, verb forms, and articles.
