Student answer (Band 5.5)
When it comes to the issue of work independency for doctors and engineers, a significant number of inhabitabts stand with number of individuals tend to take this issue as rosy, others seem to hold the opposite trend. However, I am going to outline both sides of this issue prior to giving a reasoned conclution.
On the one hand, a great number of merits come from this affair in many ways. The first and foremist point is that work in their own country could be so helpfull for the resident. To cite an example, if the doctors and engineers are settled in their country, the people will get the opurtunity to visit the best doctors and engineers for health, business and infrustructure. Another worth mentioning point is economic improvement. Good doctors and engineers are the asset for a country. As an example paitents from all over the world hunts the best doctor and engineers for their health and business, because its soo crital issue, if a country had the best doctors and engineers so people from another country will came to them as a result it helps the country's economy gradualy.
However, it aslo seems to be more likely to come up with a couple of short comming. To begin with, if the doctors had the independency at their work so the can concentrate more with their mind and can be done something remarkable. For example one who is allow to choose his work place always give the best outcome and can be proud and be a role model for the nation. Another most striking point is that if all the doctors and engineers are always choose another country for work then after a decade the country will face lacking in intellect. As an exmple, all the doctors and engineers will go to abroad and the growth of the country will stucked.
To sum up, Having illustrated both sides pf this affair, I would like to stae my point that I strongly agree with the statement that doctors and engineers should be required work in their country and government should provide all the mordern facilities to them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a clear final preference: professionals should work in their home country, with governments providing modern facilities. The points about access to skilled professionals and the risk of a shortage of expertise are relevant. However, the discussion is only partial because the case for allowing professionals to work abroad is not clearly explained: the paragraph instead shifts to personal independence and then to the negative consequences of professionals leaving. Several claims, such as overseas patients improving the home country’s economy, need clearer explanation or a specific example. Develop each side directly and make your position clear earlier, then support the main reasons with more precise examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting points, and a conclusion, so the reader can follow its broad structure. Linking phrases such as “On the one hand,” “However,” and “To sum up” help signal these stages. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the second body paragraph moves from professional independence to the risk of a national skills shortage without explaining how these points relate to the view being discussed. Some transitions are also mechanical, and references such as “this affair” do not clearly identify the issue. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s argument, group related supporting details together, and connect examples explicitly to the point they illustrate.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “economic improvement,” “infrastructure,” “asset,” and “role model.” However, the range is not controlled consistently, and frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “work independency,” “inhabitabts,” “foremist,” “short comming,” and “the growth of the country will stucked.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “take this issue as rosy” and “patients … hunts the best doctor.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than ornate wording, and check spelling and word forms carefully. Reusing clear terms such as “professionals,” “work abroad,” and “skills shortage” would make the argument more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if the doctors and engineers are settled in their country…” and “if all the doctors and engineers are always choose another country…”. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “the can concentrate” lacks a correctly formed subject and verb, while “the growth of the country will stucked” uses an incorrect verb form. The sentence beginning “a significant number of inhabitabts stand with number of individuals…” is also difficult to parse. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them using conditionals and relative clauses; proofread each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
