Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays, there is an ongoing debate about whether professionals such as a doctor and engineers should be when they continued their training stay and work in the country where they did their training or study, while some people believe that they have individual freedom to choose country where they want to work.

In my opinion that they have private freedom to work in ann conclusion, other country or stay where they training.

One the one hand, some people argue when students go to study or for training abroad as result they should be work in this country especially a doctors and engineers because this country gave opportunity for students training and learning new things, discover vital things and use thier obejcts for example Lab or population hospitals this allow for them to discover new treatment for example, another clear exemple an engineer can meet famous engineer and learn many things about your study, this country need this person on the future to design special and unique building.

on the other hand, other's believe that professionals have private freedom work in the other country if they wish, one major reason is that which person should be free when choose where he works because mental health very crucial especially in this professionals like a doctors and engineers for example when they stay in country where they training and work with power they dont feel relaxing and everytime working under stress as result they not provide good performance in their work, I personally agree with this perspective because they need health atmosphere to work hard and provide postive performance.

In conclusion, although some people believe thatprofessionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training, other's argue, they should be free to work in another country if they wish, personally i believe that the professional should be have all freedom to take their decision about where they prefer to work

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both views and state a personal preference for professionals to choose where they work. The first body paragraph gives a relevant reason for requiring trained professionals to stay, including the country’s investment in their training and access to facilities; the second links freedom of choice to mental health and work performance. However, these points are often unclear or only briefly explained, and the opening opinion is difficult to interpret (“work in ann conclusion, other country or stay”). The conclusion repeats your position but does not add a clear final justification. Develop each view with a more precise explanation and a specific, relevant example, and state your opinion clearly from the introduction onward. The response meets the task’s length requirement; 39 words copied from the prompt were excluded from the count.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two paragraphs presenting opposing views, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “on the other hand” help signal the change in perspective, so the reader can identify the broad organisation. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow because several ideas are joined into long, loosely connected sentences. For example, the first body paragraph moves from training opportunities to laboratories, hospitals, treatment, engineers, and building design without clear links. Some transitions, such as “as result,” are used inaccurately, and the conclusion largely repeats earlier wording. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, then explain and illustrate it in a clear sequence, using shorter sentences and more precise referencing.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “professionals,” “training,” “mental health,” “treatment,” and “performance,” which helps communicate the main subject. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “unique building.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning unclear: “private freedom,” “use their objects,” and “work with power” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “thier,” “exemple,” and “postive” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for this topic and check word forms and spelling. More precise choices such as “professional autonomy” and “work under pressure” would make your arguments easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “when,” and “although.” This shows an effort to express reasons and contrast. However, many sentences contain errors in sentence structure, verb forms, articles, agreement, and punctuation, and these sometimes make the meaning hard to follow. For instance, “they should be work in this country” has an incorrect verb pattern, while “which person should be free when choose where he works” is not a complete, well-formed clause. The opening sentence also combines several ideas without a clear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
