No the first view is not right. The professionals are the most important part of country . Every country need the professionals like Doctors , Engeeniers. Because if the country has no doctor People suffer in many diseases and they cannot Examine themselves. Engeeniers are also an important part of country. They make Heigh buildings and made new things for the facility of people . Althoug they required the training but that does not meanthey are free in another country. they get pratice through examining the patients and the Engeeniers or Scientist made new inventions. A thing that maybr right the thing is that in the government hospital there are so so many patient in their because the hospital is not expensive so the doctor had no free time but the private doctors do not have so many patient because they charge a high fee. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
The response gives a clear preference against requiring professionals to remain in the country where they trained, and it mentions doctors and engineers, so it is connected to the topic. However, it does not adequately discuss both views: the case for allowing professionals to work abroad is not explained, while the reasons for requiring them to stay are only briefly suggested. The point about crowded government hospitals and private doctors is difficult to connect to the question, and the conclusion about respecting everyone does not answer it. The response is also 85 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to develop relevant reasons and examples. Explain each side directly and support your opinion with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.0
There is a basic sequence of related points, beginning with the writer’s position and then mentioning the importance of doctors and engineers. Some linking words, such as “Because,” “Although,” and “but,” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the response is presented as one continuous paragraph, and the progression is hard to follow: the discussion shifts from professionals’ importance to training, then to hospital costs and finally to respect for rich and poor people. Several connections are unclear, including how the hospital comparison supports the argument. Use separate paragraphs for the two views and your opinion, and make each sentence’s relationship to the main point explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The response uses some topic-related vocabulary, including “professionals,” “Doctors,” “Engeeniers,” “training,” “government hospital,” and “private doctors.” These words help identify the subject, and the meaning is generally recoverable. However, the range is limited and several choices or forms are inaccurate or repetitive, such as “made new things for the facility of people” and “so so many patient.” Spelling errors, including “Engeeniers,” “Heigh,” and “maybr,” also reduce clarity and control. Aim for more precise collocations and avoid repeating broad words such as “important” and “things”; for example, describe how professionals “provide essential services” or “contribute to national development.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts some longer sentence patterns, including a reason clause beginning “Because” and a contrast introduced by “Although,” but most sentences rely on simple structures and control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in examples such as “Every country need” and “they get pratice,” while “the doctor had no free time” shifts tense without a clear reason. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries also need attention: “in the government hospital” and “so many patient” are not formed accurately, and several sentences run together without spaces after full stops. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences, then check agreement, tense, articles, and punctuation before submitting.
