Student answer (Band 4.0)

Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.

Reason, because some people things in our country gave fixed salary, and no more advantages like health insurance.Others country gave him a large amount of salary, and health insurance. Mostly sutdents complete there education, and leave there country. In my country had no faclities for doctors and engineers.

Jobs issu is very big problem in our country. Some people after study stay at home as a unempoly engineer. So, mostly student apely study visa for abroad for a good feature.Mostly students after education move USA or Eurape countrys for better life.

My opinion is country gave all facilites, who ave other countrys, like every year offer a good jobs, and free health insurance.Take a strict acction about illegal offers of jobs. Government gave a valuable salarys. Allow to all student move to abroad for higher education.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5

You identify relevant reasons professionals may leave, including low salaries, limited health insurance, unemployment, and better opportunities abroad. You also offer a policy direction by suggesting that the government improve facilities and pay. However, the response does not clearly explain the opposing view that professionals should be free to choose where they work, and your own position is difficult to distinguish from the suggestions that follow. The ideas are mostly listed rather than explained or supported with examples. The response contains 135 words, which is 115 words below the 250-word minimum; 37 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. To develop the answer, discuss both sides explicitly, state your view clearly, and explain each point with a relevant example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

There is some basic organisation: the response moves from reasons for leaving to unemployment and then to suggestions for government action. This gives the reader a general sense of the topic. However, the paragraphs do not clearly separate the two views in the question, and the progression between points is limited. For example, “Others country gave him a large amount of salary” is followed by “Mostly students complete there education, and leave there country” without explaining the connection. Linking words such as “So” are used, but relationships between ideas are often left implicit, and the final suggestions arrive abruptly. Use one paragraph for each view and a concluding paragraph for your opinion, with clear links showing cause, contrast, and result.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “salary,” “health insurance,” “unemployed engineer,” “study visa,” and “higher education,” so the main subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “faclities,” “sutdents,” “feature” where you mean future, and “illegal offers of jobs.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “a large amount of salary” and “valuable salarys.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “employment opportunities,” “competitive pay,” and “working conditions” would help you explain the reasons professionals migrate and the policies you recommend.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response mainly uses short, simple statements, with a few attempts to connect ideas using “because” and “so.” This allows some basic meaning to come through, but there is little variety in sentence structure, and errors in sentence formation and verb patterns are frequent. For example, “Reason, because some people things in our country gave fixed salary” does not form a complete, clear sentence, while “In my country had no facilities” lacks a grammatical subject. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and verb forms, as in “country gave all facilites” and “Government gave.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then combine related ideas using accurate clauses such as “because” and “although.”
