Student answer (Band 5.5)

Some individuals believe that prefessionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be bind to work in the country where they did their training. while others argue they should be free to work internationally if they wish. This essay will discuss both views and argue that should have independent will to work.

On the one hand, Professionals should be working only in their respective countries where they had completed their trainings. During the training years they usually been assigned with different local regions to understand the challenges of the people, environmnet and work. They spent years on trainings to gain knowledge about real world demands and challenges. They can better understand the language, natural obstacles and people mainly trust locals compared to foreigners. Governments spent billions to build schools, colleges and the universities in persuit of finding professionals for the future needs of the country. Giving them free will to work based on their will create more hardles for the authorities to replace them.

On the other hand, doctors and engineers work hard their entire lives to complete the education and training to make a future for themselves. They had their dreams and they should have to right to fulfill them. Moreover, the unnemployment, low wages and safety are also major considerations. Professionals usually leave their country to find employment with better insentives and safety. In many countries doctors, engineers abducted and killed. They spent their around 16 to 18 years on education and skill development. Hence, they atleast deserve free will to work where they feel safe.

In conclusin, in this modern age free will should be birth right of everyone, if people in charge are concerned about professionals leaving their countries to find better oppotrunities around the world. They should invest in instructure of the country to provide a well paid and safe enviro

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You discuss both positions and make your preference for professionals’ freedom clear in the introduction and conclusion. The reasons are relevant: the first body paragraph explains local knowledge and public investment in training, while the second raises personal goals, unemployment, pay and safety. However, these points are not equally developed. The argument that local training creates an obligation to remain is asserted more than demonstrated, and the claim about professionals being abducted or killed would benefit from a specific example or careful qualification. Your conclusion also ends abruptly, so the final recommendation about improving pay and safety is incomplete. Develop the key reasons with clearer explanation and examples to make the response more fully supported.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The signposts “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the discussion, and the ideas within each body paragraph generally relate to its main position. Some connections are less clear, however. For example, the shift from local familiarity to government spending in the first paragraph needs an explicit link explaining how public investment supports the case for requiring graduates to stay. The conclusion’s final sentence is unfinished, which interrupts the progression and leaves the proposed solution unclear. Use clearer links between claims and explanations, and ensure each paragraph and sentence is complete.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “local regions,” “real world demands,” “employment,” “incentives,” and “safety,” and you attempt some less common expressions such as “natural obstacles.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “prefessionals,” “environmnet,” “hardles,” and “opportunites.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “free will to work based on their will” and “birth right of everyone.” Aim for accurate spelling and more natural collocations, and avoid repeating “will.” A wider, more precisely controlled range would help express the distinction between professional obligations and individual career choice.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if people in charge are concerned…” and a reason introduced by “Hence.” Meaning is generally recoverable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity. For example, “argue that should have independent will” is missing a subject, and “During the training years they usually been assigned” has an incomplete verb construction. There are also problems with agreement and sentence boundaries, as in “doctors, engineers abducted and killed,” while the conclusion ends with an incomplete phrase. Check that every clause has a subject and finite verb, use consistent verb forms, and proofread punctuation and sentence completion.
