Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some individuals think that people who has graduated as doctors and engineers they should be working in the country from which they have done their practical training, While proponents believe they should be free to work in different country if they want. In my opinion i feel that people should be free to work anywhere they want. Because some people will get higer pay in another countries and they will be comfortable working in their home countries. Both the views willl be discussed in the following essay.
To begin with the opponents that professionals, such as engineers and doctors should be required to work in the country where they did their training, Because a lot of fresh grduate in this professions will face a difficulties to land their dream job in their home countries rather than in which they have done their practical training and can easily strat as a fresher or graduate trainee. So, Many people believe that it is easy to grab a job in the country in which they have completed their trainings and can later move on to their dream destination and work comfortably as they will be gaining a professional experience.
On the flip hand side proponents believe that they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Some people will having a stronger references in another countries and they will get higher pays and better career opportunities rather and flexible working hours. So, if they start their professional job in the country in which they have completed their training they will be stuck in one job for years and even if they are getting low salary then also they will come into a comfort zone and don't find better opportunities..
It is clear that everyone has its own perspectives and view so explore the jobs and career opportunities of another countries to before landing a job in the country in which they have completed their training.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear personal preference—professionals should be free to work where they choose—and you attempt to discuss both positions. However, the discussion only partially addresses the task because the first view is not explained accurately: the paragraph focuses on graduates finding jobs in the country where they trained, rather than why they should be required to remain there or how this benefits that country. The second view includes relevant points about pay and career opportunities, but these are asserted rather than supported with a specific example or fuller explanation. Your conclusion also does not clearly restate your position and is difficult to interpret. Develop each side directly and explain how your reasons support your opinion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a concluding paragraph, so the reader can identify an intended structure. However, progression between ideas is not consistently clear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from difficulty finding a job at home to the claim that it is easy to get a job where training took place, without explaining the connection to compulsory service. Linking phrases such as “So” and “On the flip hand side” are repetitive or awkward, and the final sentence does not clearly follow from the preceding discussion. Use topic sentences that state each argument, then develop it in a logical sequence; use a wider range of accurate links and clear references to connect ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to employment and professional development, including “career opportunities,” “professional experience” and “flexible working hours.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “stronger references” where you may mean professional connections, “higher pays,” and “dream destination” in this context. Spelling errors such as “grduate,” “strat” and “higer” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling carefully. Replacing repeated general wording such as “job” and “work” with suitable terms like “employment,” “practise professionally” or “career prospects” would help express your ideas more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, but complex sentences are often faulty and errors occur frequently enough to make some points difficult to understand. For instance, “people who has graduated … they should be working” has subject–verb agreement problems and an unnecessary repeated subject, while “Some people will having” uses an incorrect verb form. There are also problems with articles, plurals and sentence boundaries, as in “in different country” and the comma splice in “In my opinion i feel … Because.” Capitalise “I,” and avoid beginning a dependent clause with “Because” as a separate sentence. Practise building accurate sentences with one clear main clause before adding subordinate clauses.
