Student answer (Band 5.5)

It is often argued that some individual believe that doctors and engineers need to job in their own nation while others believe that they should be shift another country for job. This essay will be discuss both side . I believe that professionals should be free to work abroad if they wish.

The first important point to consider is that why professionals should be stay and work in their country where they did their training. Firstly, government spend huge amount of money to make them professional and engineers. Therefore, these individuals need to help their nation and technology, because of some nation want doctors for better health service and other activites. If most qualified people goes abroad our rural area peoples faces some major challenges and don't get better medicine and other facilites. Secondly, engineers can make roads and bridge for our rustic and cities people.

Another significant point is that some doctors and engineers take their own decision to where they want to work . The main reason is that moving developed countries give them better job and salaries also better lifestyle. For example, Bangladeshi average doctors and engineers when completed their graduation they want to shift developing countries because of they can experiment with modern equipments and get higher salary than their own nation.

In my opinion, people should to free for work anywhere in the world if they wish because of some undeveloping countries does't have enough doctors and engineers that's why they should to spread in worldwide for health service and transportation other engineering works.

In conclusion, when people thinking about their government and nation they should start job their own nation. However, others people thinking going another countries helpful for their lifestyle and career . I believe that they should be allowed to work wherever they prefer, instead of forcing them to stay.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You discuss both positions and state your view clearly in the introduction and conclusion: you support professionals being free to work abroad, while recognising that governments invest in their training. These points are relevant, but the discussion is only partly developed. The argument for staying is supported by possible shortages in rural areas and the need for doctors and engineers, yet the consequences and a specific example are not explained. The case for moving abroad focuses mainly on better salaries and equipment, and your own opinion is brief and somewhat unclear when you say professionals should be free because some countries lack enough workers. Explain how freedom to move could help address that shortage, and develop each side with a clearer example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the main stages. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and links between claims are not always clear. For example, the paragraph about working abroad moves from better salaries to modern equipment without fully explaining how these benefits support the argument. The opinion paragraph also repeats the preference stated in the introduction rather than developing it. Use linking phrases to show cause and effect, and connect each example directly to the point it illustrates. Avoid repeating the same position in the final paragraph without adding a concise synthesis.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “professionals,” “qualified people,” “health service,” “salary,” and “modern equipment.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “rural area” and “transportation.” However, the range is limited and several word choices, collocations, and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to interpret. Phrases such as “shift another country,” “rustic and cities people,” and “spread in worldwide” are not natural ways to express the intended ideas; “facilities” and “activities” are also misspelled. Build a bank of accurate phrases for migration, public services, and professional training, and check spelling and collocations during revision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional idea in “If most qualified people goes abroad…” and a reason clause beginning “because.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but control is inconsistent, and faulty structures occur often enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “This essay will be discuss,” “professionals should be stay,” and “people should to free”; these need correct verb patterns. Subject–verb agreement is also inaccurate in “government spend” and “people goes,” while articles and sentence boundaries are sometimes missing or awkward. Practise accurate modal and infinitive patterns, agreement, and clause construction, then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
