Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, some individuals admire that skilled professionals, including doctors and engineers should be obliged to work in their country where they recieved their training, other argue that they should have right to choose their any country for their wokr. This esay will discuss both of these views, but i belive that they need free hand signal to work on another land.
On the hand, the government spends a considerable amount of fundiing on their education and training, especially in the fields such as medicine and engineering. These professional should help individuals contribute to the country development after their studies. For example, doctors can provide medical servies to the local communities with disease such as skin infection and brain tumor. Moreover, engineers can build better infrastructure and roads, which can be beneficial for citizens to travel. This can aslo reduce the shortage of skilled workers in developing countries.
On the other hand, many people belive that professional should be allowed to work aborad because of higher salaries, modern amenities and opportunities for their career development. Working aborad can help them to improve their knowledge and gain international experience. Furthermore, some countries such as America, UAE and Singapore offer better working condition, which can motivate professional to their duty more efficiently. If people are forced to stay on their homeland they become demotivated and and losse their interest to develop their skills.
In conclusion, although working their country can help economy to boost. But i belive prosfessionals should protize their choice of working aborad because they can provide better education to their children and give them a luminous future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the debate and state your view: the first body paragraph explains why publicly trained professionals might serve their home country, while the second gives reasons to work abroad, and the conclusion supports freedom of choice. These points are relevant, but they are not developed equally or fully. The examples of doctors treating illnesses and engineers building roads illustrate possible contributions, yet the link between these services and the obligation to remain is not explored. Similarly, higher salaries and career opportunities are listed without a specific example or explanation of how they outweigh the home country’s needs. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation, and make your position more precise and consistent from introduction to conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The progression from the case for serving the home country to the case for working abroad is easy to follow, and phrases such as “On the other hand” help signal the contrast. However, some linking is mechanical, and a few connections between ideas are unclear. For example, the final sentence introduces children’s education and a “luminous future” without showing how these points support the argument for professional choice. The conclusion’s opening contrast is also awkwardly joined to the next sentence. Use transitions selectively and make each sentence’s relationship to the paragraph’s main point explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “considerable amount,” “local communities,” “infrastructure,” “international experience,” and “career development.” This gives you enough language to discuss both sides, but inaccurate word choice, collocation, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear. For instance, “admire” does not express the idea of holding a view, “free hand signal” is unclear, and “motivate professional to their duty” is not a natural phrase. There are also misspellings such as “recieved,” “wokr,” and “aborad.” Choose familiar expressions you can use accurately, check spelling carefully, and learn collocations such as “work abroad” and “career prospects.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional sentence beginning “If people are forced to stay…” and a relative clause in “which can be beneficial.” This shows some range, but control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation are evident. For example, “other argue” lacks agreement, “professional should be allowed” needs a plural or an article, and “although working their country can help economy to boost” is not a complete, well-formed contrast. The introduction also joins two independent ideas with a comma. Practise building accurate complex sentences, check subject–verb agreement and articles, and ensure each sentence has a complete main clause.
