Student answer (Band 6.0)
Many contend that professionals like doctors and engineers should work in those regions, where they achieved their degrees. However, others believe professionals can work across the world according to their choice. This essay will discuss both views and will describe from my perspective why I believe it is indispensable to give opportunities to the professionals to choose their working country.
on the one hand, to be a master in a subject a like medical or engineering, a educational institution requires a substantial budget for building infrastructure, paying teachers salary, conducting research, training and so on. Tution fees that come from students can cover a little of this big amount. So, without government's allocation of public funds a institution for professionals can not be run properly. Additionally, professionals such as doctors and engineers are governments assets. Doctors and engineers are indispensable for countries prosperity, as they can provide services to the local residents. and they should serve that country. If they will work in another country then brain drain will occur to that country.
On the other hand, professionals must choose their working zone, as it will also help many countries those are lack of such professionals. Many countries do not have such educational institutions that can build a productive and innovative workforce. Eventually, these countries will fall behind in service deliveries. So, if they can achieve degree form abroad they can serve their countries. For instance, students from many developing countries like Bangladesh pursue their medical and engineering degrees from the U.S.A and other developed country. After graduation they return to home and serve their nations. Furthermore, foreign degree can provide the chance for high salary for professional, which can be benefitted them.
In conclusion, every country is not equipped with modern educational infrastructures, labs for research and other experts facilities. Governments who do not have such facilities can build their professionals by providing education from abrod. If professionals have the chance to choose their working stations they will perform better at their sector.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the debate and state a clear preference for allowing professionals to choose where they work. The first body paragraph explains the public investment in training and the risk of “brain drain,” while the second gives a relevant example of students returning to Bangladesh after studying abroad. However, the two positions are not developed equally: the case for requiring graduates to serve the country that trained them is asserted more than explored, and the example mainly supports returning home rather than the freedom to work in another country. Your conclusion also introduces the idea that governments can educate professionals abroad, which is not fully connected to your main argument. Develop the consequences and limits of each view more directly, and make your opinion’s reasoning consistent throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The progression from public investment and brain drain to international study and professional choice is generally easy to follow. Connectors such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument, and this gives the essay a coherent framework. To make the organisation more fluent, avoid relying on these formulaic transitions and strengthen links between individual claims. For example, the shift from countries lacking institutions to students returning home could be explained more explicitly. Some sentence boundaries also interrupt the flow, as in “local residents. and they should serve that country”; ensure each sentence begins and ends cleanly.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of topic-related vocabulary, including “public funds,” “brain drain,” “innovative workforce,” and “educational infrastructures.” These choices help communicate the central ideas, and some less common terms are attempted. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “governments assets,” “a productive workforce,” “experts facilities,” and “working stations.” Spelling errors, including “Tution,” “form,” and “abrod,” also reduce accuracy. These issues do not prevent the reader from understanding your argument, but they limit precision and naturalness. Check collocations and word forms, and prefer established expressions such as “government investment,” “qualified workforce,” and “workplace” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If they will work in another country then brain drain will occur” and subordinate clauses beginning with “as” and “which.” The overall meaning is usually clear, but some errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction remain. For example, “a educational institution” needs an article that agrees with the following vowel sound, and “a institution” has the same article problem. “If they will work” should use a present-tense form in this conditional, while “which can be benefitted them” has an incorrect verb construction. Review sentence boundaries and punctuation as well, particularly the lowercase “and” after a full stop. More accurate control of these patterns would improve readability.
