Student answer (Band 6.0)
In many countries, the rising population requires many professional experts. Some individuals argue that experts like doctors and engineers should serve the country where they did their training, while others argue that people have freedom to live and work in any other country. This essay will discuss both prespectives and explain why I believe that profesionals have freedom to work where they wish.
On the one hand, people argue that serving the nation through the professional experties is quite essential. This is because professionals than have oppourtunity to pay back the country who made them an expert. For instance, professionals who work in their home country, have better knowledge on how to deal with people from different backgrounds. Having no language barrier or misunderstanding considered to be very useful for both parties. Training in homeland opens further opportunities to work with the government, as the government trusts a native person than a foreigner.
On the other hand, others contend that every individual have a choice to live their lives as they wish. Although some experts are very patriotic, still they want to move to the land of opportunities to have a better living standard. For example, engineers like to work with the foreign companies because they provide good salary and have long-term projects for the development of their country. The lack of funds and no upcoming projects in the home country, discourages the experts to stay there. For that reason, I firmly believe that people should take the opportunities despite thinking about the country.
In conclusion, although there are many benefits of the experts working in their home country, I believe that professionals should move to other countries where they can have a better work life and high standard of living. In future, the governments should propose new projects in the country if they want native experts working for their country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and state a clear opinion: the introduction says professionals should be free to work where they wish, and the conclusion repeats this position. The discussion of staying in the training country includes relevant points about serving the nation, local knowledge and communication; the opposing view is supported with salary and project opportunities. This meets the task, but the two sides are not developed equally in depth. For example, the claim that native professionals are trusted more by governments is asserted rather than explained, and the example about engineers does not clearly show how their overseas work benefits their home country. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation or a specific example, and make the link between your examples and your argument explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The progression from the case for serving the home country to the case for individual choice is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. This is a coherent arrangement, with some effective linking, though the transitions can feel formulaic. Within paragraphs, some connections between claims need to be clearer: the point about local knowledge moves quickly to government trust, while the relationship between overseas engineering work and national development is not fully explained. Use referencing and linking to show how each sentence builds on the previous one, rather than relying mainly on standard paragraph openers.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “professional experts,” “language barrier,” “living standard,” and “long-term projects.” These choices make the subject clear, and phrases such as “pay back the country” show an attempt to express less common ideas. However, several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors reduce precision, including “professional experties,” “prespectives,” and “land of opportunities.” Some expressions are also unnatural, such as “the professional experties” and “have a better work life.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully; this will make your meaning more precise and help you use a broader range confidently.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a concessive structure in “Although some experts are very patriotic, still they want to move…” and a conditional clause in “if they want native experts working for their country.” The main ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “every individual have” needs subject–verb agreement, and “Having no language barrier or misunderstanding considered to be very useful” is missing a finite verb. The sentence beginning “This is because professionals than have…” also has a faulty structure. Review agreement, complete clauses and sentence construction, especially when combining several ideas. More consistently accurate complex sentences would strengthen the control shown in your writing.
