Student answer (Band 4.5)
It is stated that some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. However, in my opinion, while i believe, professionals should be free to work in another country if their preference. It is the most suitable option and i strongly agree with that point.
Nowadays people are becoming doctors, engineers, accountants and other professionals. While some people are arguing professionals should be required to work in the country where they did their training. But I think, professionals have to decide what they do. However, if professionals work in another country it may gets more benefits. For example, professionals can improve practical and theoretical knowledge, get valuable experiences in different culture and collect more study materials. Not onlu that, but also, if people migrate to work in another country it gets economical benefits as well. Therefore, foreign exchanges are coming to the country and local families can develop financial stability. Consequently, local economy will be increase gradually.
On the other hand, professionals work in another country get some drawbacks as well. Therefore, if people work in another country they have to face some dificulties. That is to say, work dificulties, different background, different cultures and lonlines. This leads to increase stress and physical threat. At the same time, they miss their families as well. But those things are managebale for all of them.
In conclusion, professionals work in another country get benefits and drawbacks at the same time. However, I widely believe professionals should be free to work in another country advantages are outweigh the disadvantages. Cause, people who work in another country show a significant benefits for local and perosonal growth as well.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You state a clear preference for professionals to be free to work abroad, and you mention benefits and drawbacks, including professional learning, financial effects, stress, and separation from family. However, the discussion of both views is only partial: the case for requiring trained professionals to serve the country that funded their education is not explained, and the benefits of working abroad are listed rather than developed with a specific example. Your conclusion repeats your position but does not clearly weigh the two sides. The response is 235 words, 15 words below the 250-word minimum; 67 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Develop each view with reasons and a relevant example, and ensure the response meets the required length.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, body paragraphs and conclusion, and the paragraph beginning “On the other hand” signals a shift to drawbacks. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear, and linking words are sometimes mechanical or inaccurate. For example, “Therefore” introduces drawbacks without a clear connection, while “However” and “But” repeatedly mark contrasts. The first body paragraph moves from individual learning to family finances and the local economy without explaining how these points connect. Some sentences also lack clear links to their referents, such as “it gets economical benefits.” Organise the discussion around one main idea per paragraph, use transitions only where the relationship is clear, and connect each example explicitly to your argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “professionals,” “practical and theoretical knowledge,” “financial stability,” and “stress,” so the reader can identify the main subject and ideas. However, the range is limited and several word choices, collocations and spelling errors make parts difficult to understand. Phrases such as “foreign exchanges are coming to the country,” “work difficulties,” and “physical threat” do not express the intended ideas precisely; “lonlines,” “dificulties,” and “perosonal” also contain spelling errors. Repetition of “another country” and “benefits” further limits variety. Build accuracy with natural collocations for migration and employment, and check spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and use subordinate clauses, for example, “if professionals work in another country it may gets more benefits.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make several sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “while i believe, professionals should be free,” “it may gets,” “local economy will be increase,” and “professionals work in another country get some drawbacks.” These show problems with clause construction, verb forms and agreement. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention, particularly in the conclusion, where “I widely believe professionals should be free to work in another country advantages are outweigh the disadvantages” joins ideas without a workable structure. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check each verb against its subject.
