Student answer (Band 6.0)
In today's rapidaly growing world, many skilled professionals choose to move to abroad to pursue better career opportunities is a contentious issue.. While some argue that professional should be required to work in the country they received education, I believe that professionals should have the freedom to work wherever they want.
To commence with first point of view, there are several reason why professionals should work in their own country one of them is that government invest several amount of their resources and funds in their training. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect from graduates that they contribute to development of their own country. For example, when doctors complete their education and move to abroad, many rural areas face a shortage of qualified doctors. Moreover, qualified doctors and engineers are also required to give training to next generation and this will also help the country in social and economic growth.
On the other hand, there are many professionals who prefer to work in other countries as they believe, their career can grow more rapidly in abroad. Every person has their own personal and professional goals, and working abroad can give them higher salary and different working environment where they can work with new technologies. For instance, many network engineer from India prefer Germany for their future as they have more telecommunication technologies and can earn good salaries there. This can also benefit their own country as relationship between both the country will become stronger with these type of quality migrations.
In conclusion, if professional work in their own country they may provides benefit to the society, I firmly belielve that individuals should have the right to choose where they work. Government should, therefore, focus on creating new oppertunities rather than imposing restrictions.on their careers

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both sides of the discussion and state a clear opinion: professionals should be free to choose where they work. The reasons are relevant, including public investment in training, shortages in rural areas, career opportunities, and access to technology. Your examples help illustrate these points. However, some ideas are less fully developed than others: the claim that migration strengthens relationships between countries is asserted rather than explained, and the point about professionals training the next generation could be linked more clearly to the requirement to remain in their training country. To strengthen the response, explain these implications and support your position with a little more precise reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion that restates your position. Linking phrases such as “On the other hand,” “For example,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow. This organisation is effective, though some connections are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “This can also benefit their own country” follows the example of engineers moving to Germany, but the specific benefit is not made explicit. The opening phrase “To commence with first point of view” is also awkward and does not guide the reader smoothly. Use more natural transitions and make pronoun references and links between claims explicit to improve cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “career opportunities,” “qualified doctors,” “shortage,” and “economic growth,” so the main ideas are generally clear. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “telecommunication technologies” and “quality migrations.” However, inaccurate word forms, spelling, and collocations are noticeable and sometimes make the phrasing unnatural: “rapidaly,” “belielve,” and “oppertunities” are misspelled, while “move to abroad” and “several amount” are not idiomatic. Some wording is also imprecise, such as “quality migrations.” Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common word partnerships, and choose precise expressions rather than combining familiar words in unusual ways.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “when,” “as,” and “where,” and most of the argument remains understandable. Some grammatical errors persist, particularly with agreement, articles, and verb forms. For example, “government invest” needs a singular subject and matching verb, while “many network engineer” requires a plural noun. In “if professional work … they may provides,” the subject forms and verb do not agree; the final sentence also shifts awkwardly between “if” and “I firmly believe.” Punctuation is sometimes faulty, including the double full stop in the introduction and the missing space after “restrictions.” Review agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries, then proofread each sentence for a complete, consistent structure.
