Outline

1.Introduction

2.Work in same country

3.Freedom to work abroad

4.Conclusion

Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training but some people believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. But in my opinion, it depend on the need of their country. If there country has a lack of qualified professionals then they work in the same country where they learn.

Secondly, some countries cannot have professional doctors or engineers then there citizens should work in there country. Because the first priority is given to his own country. For example, engineers are the basic need of Pakistan if all the professionals are goes to abroad then Pakistan are standing on the bank of destruction.

Thirdly, some people think they should be free to work in another country because some people are going abroad to improve himself. Moreover, they can do this in a situation if thier own country are well developed and have enough doctors. For example, China is a well develop country and have enough doctors and these Chinese professionals work in every country of the world.

Lastly, both opinions are right in thier own ways. In addition to this, governements should improve thier salaries and facilities to thier employees. Because some people can do this for money or improve thier lifestyles. For example, empolyees in the Austerelia enjoy many facilities that are given by thier governement.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You discuss both views and give a conditional opinion: professionals should stay when their country lacks qualified workers, but may go abroad when it has enough. The examples about Pakistan, China and Australia are relevant, though broad and not fully explained; for instance, the claim that Pakistan would face “destruction” needs a clearer link to shortages of engineers. The conclusion introduces better salaries and facilities, but this point is not developed as part of your argument. Overall, the response addresses the task only partially because the position and supporting ideas remain limited and under-developed. It is also 203 words, below the required 250; the 45 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Develop each view with a specific reason and explain how your examples support it.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure, moving from an introduction to arguments for staying, freedom to move, and a conclusion. Paragraph breaks help distinguish the main points, and signposts such as “Secondly,” “Thirdly,” and “Lastly” show the intended sequence. However, the outline at the beginning is unnecessary, and the progression is not consistently clear: the final paragraph shifts to salaries and facilities without connecting this proposal to the earlier arguments. Some linking is mechanical, while “Because” begins a fragment after the Pakistan example. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make each paragraph develop one central point, with clear links between the claim, explanation and example.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough topic vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “qualified professionals,” “priority,” “well developed,” and “facilities.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. For example, “standing on the bank of destruction” is not a natural expression, and “improve himself” does not fit the plural subject “some people.” Spelling errors such as “thier,” “governe ments” (written as “governements”), “empolyees,” and “Austerelia” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing workforce shortages, migration and public services, and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional idea in “if their own country are well developed” and a reason introduced by “because.” However, errors are frequent, and some sentences are difficult to follow. Examples include “it depend” instead of “it depends,” “there country” instead of “their country,” and “all the professionals are goes” instead of “all the professionals go.” Subject–verb agreement, pronouns and sentence boundaries need particular attention. The sentence beginning “Because the first priority…” is incomplete, and several clauses are joined without clear control. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses while checking agreement, verb forms and punctuation.
