Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this essay we will discuss why some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the county where they did their training, While some believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Most of the people who are currently working in the industry influence this too much to the people living or studying in thier home country.
In my opinion, professional such as doctors and engineers must be required to work in the country where they got their training becuase this will help the people of their country and also the economy of their country to grow and expand. Professionals who go abroad after getting their tranings is mainly due to two reasons, less number of jobs and less compensation. These are the two main reasons why mostly professionals left their country, For Example: Large number of professionals in Pakistan prefers to move to Middle East after completing their trainings because organizations in Middle East offers better job security and compenstaions.
While others who believe that they should be free to work where they want, they are also right becuase living and working in a country where they did not get proper job security and industry relevent salaries, they have a right to move to another country for their better future.I think working with your own will is very important for better results and well being, as compared to if someone imposes a law that you should work in the same country from where you have completed your trainings is something which is against basic human rights of freedom of working.
In my opinion, Both believes are correct but it is very important to point out that it depends heavily upon in which country you got your trainings because if you got your trainings from backward economy people usually prefers to go abroad for their better future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear preference for requiring professionals to serve their training country, and you also recognise the opposing case by referring to job security, salaries and freedom of choice. The Pakistan-to-Middle-East example is relevant and helps illustrate why professionals leave. However, the response only partly develops the discussion: the benefits to the home country are asserted (“help… the economy… grow and expand”) rather than explained, and the final paragraph shifts to saying both views are correct without resolving your earlier preference. The opening sentence is also difficult to follow, and the claim about professionals influencing people at home is not clearly connected to the question. Develop each side with a specific explanation and maintain one consistent, clearly stated position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some paragraphing, and the response broadly moves from the issue to your view, the reasons professionals leave, and the case for freedom. Linking expressions such as “In my opinion,” “While others,” and “For Example” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, progression is not consistently clear: the opening combines both views in a long sentence, and the final paragraph repeats the opinion while introducing a qualification that is not fully reconciled with it. Some connections are awkward or unclear, particularly “Most of the people… influence this too much,” and “While others who believe…” does not form a complete, clear transition. Give each paragraph one main purpose, use clearer references, and make the conclusion directly follow from the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “job security,” “compensation,” “professionals,” and “human rights,” which allows you to discuss the issue. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, sometimes making meaning less clear. Examples include “county” for “country,” “industry relevant salaries,” “backward economy,” and “better results and well being.” Spelling errors such as “thier,” “becuase,” “tranings,” and “compenstaions” are also noticeable. Aim for more precise, neutral expressions and check spelling carefully. Replacing repeated phrases such as “better future” with specific outcomes would also make the argument more exact.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “if,” and the main ideas can generally be understood. However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example, “professionals… must be required” has an awkward passive construction, while “organizations… offers” has a subject–verb agreement error. The sentence beginning “While others who believe…” is incomplete, and “Both believes are correct” has an incorrect plural form. Several sentences run together, such as the opening and the sentence about working by choice. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
