Student answer (Band 5.5)

It is often argue that professionals, like as doctors and engineers ,need to work their in the nation where they completed their training. While, others conclude they should be free to work in another work if they wish.

I Believe that it is better to work in another nation after finishing the education to a large extent.I will discuss both the views and states my opinin in the end of this essay .

The primary reason why I support this view is that exploring various countries after the studies have a chance to gain practical experience, new place will taught the people to learn the culture, diversity, and can learn various languages there is multiple opportunities in the career these respective skills make every individual to be in higher position in the lives. As a result it also gives Financial support in the life,Social status in the society and can be a great influencer figure in the global market.Although, there is an draw back with this is human need to be survive far way from the family and friends.

On the other hand, working in their own nation makes the lives very simple and common. The experts need to compromise with the limited remunerations which is offered by organisations,it will take much time to settle in career. There will be only limited opportunities. But being in own country is can make to serve their home land, also create employment opportunities to the youth and develop the system.Make themselves and society to proud.

For instance-In India majority of the students after completing bachelor's degree in engineering they are migrating to various parts of the globe in order to gain practical experience of different cultres, languages etc.Which makes them to live there life happily.

In conclusion,i believe there are several advantages and disadvantages being in their nation eventhough it is better to explore countries for greater experience in the life and growth in the careers respectively.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both sides of the question and state a clear preference for professionals to work abroad, so the response covers the main task. The paragraph supporting overseas work gives relevant benefits, including practical experience, cultural learning and career opportunities, while the paragraph on staying home mentions serving the country and creating jobs. However, these points are not developed evenly: the benefits of migration are listed rather than explained, and the example about Indian engineering graduates does not clearly demonstrate the claimed outcomes. Your conclusion repeats your preference but could more directly weigh the two views. To strengthen the response, explain how training investment or skills shortages affect each country, and connect examples explicitly to your argument. (The response meets the task’s length requirement.)

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, an example and a conclusion. This makes the discussion generally easy to follow. You also use signposting such as “The primary reason,” “On the other hand” and “In conclusion.” However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The opening “While” does not form a complete contrast, and the example beginning “For instance” feels detached from the preceding point rather than integrated into it. Several long sentences join multiple ideas without clear boundaries, making the progression harder to track. Use one main idea per sentence, link the India example directly to the benefits you describe, and use referencing such as “these skills” only when its meaning is unmistakable.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “practical experience,” “limited opportunities,” “employment opportunities” and “global market.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and the reader can generally understand your position. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, as in “work in another work,” “a great influencer figure,” and “make the lives very simple and common.” There are also spelling and word-form errors, including “opin[in]” and “cultres,” which reduce precision. Aim for natural combinations and check spelling carefully; for example, describe professionals as “working overseas,” and say that they can “contribute to national development.” More precise vocabulary would help you express the contrast between personal career benefits and the home country’s needs.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “the nation where they completed their training” and a contrast introduced by “Although.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but grammatical control is inconsistent, particularly in longer sentences. Examples include “It is often argue” instead of a passive form such as “It is often argued,” “exploring various countries … have a chance,” and “new place will taught.” Articles, agreement and verb forms also need attention, as in “there is an draw back” and “being in own country is can make.” Punctuation and sentence boundaries are sometimes unclear, especially where several clauses run together. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, then divide long sentences into shorter, complete units.
